There was an interview where he was asked, how he feels of people making replica of his clothes, he said he is happy for them, because his brand has given some people an opportunity to do business, from that day I truly respect him, there are not many people who say things like this.
Exactly.... I think that was an interview in Dubai.... It is from then on my respect for him just grew a lot...
In one he was saying 'if this collection's replicas aren't available then its not a successful collection'!! 😯

Based on this video, he seems so warm, confident yet grounded, has a soothing voice, looks so cuddle-able and has the intelligence to convert experiences into wisdom. Brownie points for the refined sensuality that simmers beneath the surface. This and emotional depth is a heady combination.

I love his work as an artist, but like any artist, you can admire and not necessarily buy their designs because one can simply not afford. Unless you hail from the wealthy family. I’d instead give a chance to fresh grads to put their fresh designs into creating something extraordinaire!
While all the other designers are running the perpetual rat race of plagiarizing western designers, time and time again, Sabyasachi keeps proving himself to be on a whole another level. He's of a different breed. A born genius

His dresses are worth it... They are expensive but the craftsmanship behind each piece is crazy!! Not just his I think every finely crafted piece of dress is worth spending...I know it's Luxury but for such beautiful and elegant pieces I am ready to work hard and earn and spend....But then their are some designers who make shitty clothes in the name of brands ..(you can get the idea..There are many high end fashion brands )

It's just a rapid fire, I came to know what Sabayasachi actually is. I don't shame to to say I have fallen in love with him. I thoroughly enjoyed this clip and his diverse points of view. So pure soul he is.
Please excuse if I sound rude, but if I had 20 lakhs to spare, I will never give it to a designer. I once accompanied a friend who gave her marriage money to buy books and food for poor children. I actually went to that village with her. That was the time I realised what happiness and satisfaction truly is. But of course, for such a huge designer, there are customers who can afford his clothes and help the needy at the same time. I can't. So I simply choose the later.
