The judge is totally out of line with this. How is asking a witness if he understands his question rude and Condescending, and accusations of improper conduct? That is ridiculous. AND, to threaten him with contempt, give me a break. AND, to say, “when I make a ruling… it’s my ruling”, The Judge needs to think about when DA Love ignored his rulings - with no threat of contempt. There’s something fishy going on. There’s a lot of it but there’s something about Max Schardt - evident by the way the judge let the witness, yes the witness, Detective Gaither get away with her rude, condescending, and inappropriate,behavior during attorney Schardt’s cross. The trial is too much for the Judge and it’s showing. Sad.

If u compare the present day (Sept 2024) conduct the state is exhibiting in front of the jury to their own witnesses (Love yelling at Mounk) to the way Max was asking questions in this clip, I hope Glanville realizes who is being condescending to the witness.
