I bought 5th generation petrol MT last year and I’m enjoying a lot. Yes as said by Ravi bhai, the steering wheel has become light.
Trust me I haven’t see any flaw in this car. Many friends suggested me to go for SUV but it can’t convince a sedan lover like me 🙂 I thought of skoda rapid Monte Carlo but it has space issue and not having latest features like Apple CarPlay.
How much mileage you are getting in city drive ?

Glad to see this video, bought 4th Gen vx cvt same day 5th Gen was revealed (with price). Also Man Motor par I had asked which one to go after, considering worthy discount on 4gen. Tab aap loh bol rahe the 5th gen lo, wo advance version. But actually really like this 4th gen shape and design. And ek haath and ek pair is 100% true thing for this CVT.

In 2019 I purchased City CVT petrol, over Seltos, Creta, Verna, Ciaz, simply as I loved its driving dynamics and feel. I was almost close to booking Seltos IVT but had a bad incident and lost confidence in its brakes. Hence chose City.

I recently took ownership of 5th gen Honda City. Low GC means better control at High Speed. Sedans designed for speed. I drove over 130~140 on Expressway. This you try on SUV and there you realise importance of lower GC.

Japanese product can and will go bad only when mechanic screws up something or usage is not good. Otherwise it runs like a clock. i am still using city zx 2006 model as first owner/ was bought brand new. And I love it even now though it has less features and safety accessories compared to current gen cars.
Maja aa gaya video dekh ke bhai..mere pass bhi yahi model, yahi colour hai. Superb car, the only drawbacks are smaller fuel tank (40 lit) ,blower engine guard( otherwise ground clearance thikthaak hai) aur centre armrest fixed hai not sliding. Bas ye thodi khamiya hai kahne ke liye. Rubber band effect thoda lagta hai kabhi kabhi highway pay, city me bharpur power. Keep up the good job bros👍

Me too have honda city VXCVT 2014 model 2nd owner. Very happy and satisfied. All your positive points are absolutely true. Enjoying this 4th gen city to the core. Mine is having sunroof as well. Its a full option. As you said 2nd hand is golden catch and I was blessed by God on Nov 30th 2020 with the alabaster silver colour. Btw, I am happy with the touch AC controls. It gives a legendary feeling. Your reviews are extraordinary. I enjoy yours and Mycarhelpline tubes. Very informative, interesting and with a touch of humor. You mentioned about alternative fuel fitment in honda city vx cvt by one individual and working great. Can I get his contact number. I am from kerala. Would like to its feasibility here.

I own city VX petrol manual transmission 4th gen 2018 model.... Never disappointed me.....very comfortable, spacious, good suspension, handling is perfect and best engine in segment... Getting avg of 13-15 kmpl in city & 19-20kmpl on highway driving. Downside is infotainment system no Android Auto and apple car play.

One thing no one talks about is the brake feel in Honda city... just drive Verna and then Honda City, you will know. The control and confidence you get in Honda is much better than most of the cars available. If you are Driving City for long, you will not like Brakes of Verna.

I’m 2018 Honda city petrol user and cons of Honda City are-
1. Major issue with ground clearance (it’ll scrape from front on almost every bump and pothole)
2. Tyre’s width is very less due to which you can feel loss of traction when you are driving above 120-130
3. Horn is not good.. it feels like your horn is inside the car rather than outside.. they should have placed it in front of the vehicle..
4. Fenders are not that strong.. it can bend even after minor push
5. Headlights are not good
Rest everything is good.. you can not find a better car than this in this budget

7.3 lakhs mein 2015 CVT sunroof vx mill rhi hai . 37 thousand KMs, interior almost new. Tyre 50% used. Car looks in good condition with service record. What you should suggest guys . Is Price okay or high?
There is only one problem with this car. It is too light weight for its suspension characteristics. So you can feel anything on the road esp. on low speeds. The redeeming factor in this case is the backseat of the car.
