I would like to make a Dear Jane quilt that is 95X95 rather than the smaller sizes as in the book. Question can I just add to columns and rows of blocks to do that?

If I'm understanding your question correctly you want to add extra blocks to the rows and columns. So instead of having 13 rows and columns, you would have 14 or 15, right? Really, I view these quilts made from the Dear Jane book as our own interpretation of what we want our quilt to be. In the book are many examples of people using far few blocks than the number Jane made. I see no problem with you adding an extra row or column of blocks. You could repeat blocks that you enjoyed making or make up your own. Also, if you didn't want to make more blocks you could widen the sashings just a bit to get the overall quilt to be larger.
Just a couple ideas for you. :) Good luck!
