Welcome to Recipe By Mehwish!🧑‍🍳 Today, I'm excited to share a unique and delicious twist on the classic Chicken Chilli recipe by adding a flavorful Tandoori Masala. 🍗This easy homemade dish is perfect for a quick dinner or lunch, packed with spices and sure to please everyone at the table🍽️. Follow along as I guide you through the step-by-step process of making this mouth-watering Chicken Chilli with Tandoori Masala.😋
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 tsp each garlic, ginger green chilli.
- 3 tsp corn flour
minced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in green bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Garnish with fresh spring onion and sesame seeds served hot with rice or bread.
