Random question ❓ I've been looking for questions Abt why the darksaber has a blade🙎🏾♂️ and the logical and stupidest reason imo is the hilt... All lightsaber hilts are built in the form of a beam/flashlight. I don’t understand why Yoda wouldn’t have brought that blade with him when he went to fight Sidious because as soon as he saw his trickery to use that to strike him down with justice to save his Republic. @@thedrizzle899 yet Yoda already violated his code by going with the intent to kill Sidious so ensuring it by having the weapon that would barely fit both of Yodas hands on would be truly devastating attack form with his form IV.

The Jedi/Sith/Emipre/etc. being part of a galactic civilization never seem to make use of the advanced tech they obviously have. Even with very simple space flight that is common to them they act like they are little more than 1900 earth. "We have something we can't destroy, lets just put it in a box next door", they could very easily have shot that thing into a black hole to get rid of it, this is of course a failure of creativity on the authors to make reasons as to why they can't actually destroy things or use the tech they should have all around them.
There's a short video on the channel Vader's Fortress talking about it. To paraphrase: There's two reasons. 1. The last big name sith lord (Naga Sadow) before him was over 1000 years prior, so he was never taught the loose tradition. 2. It wasn't that widespread for sith to wield lightsabers in general yet. Naga for instance used a force-imbued sith sword laced with poison.

jedi are essentialy Monks who's role is to protect others who can't or assist in bringing peace; all Jedi are powerful enough to solve the nessesities of the situation. There are several Jedi who operate and behave like soldiers(Like Cal kestis); and help and bring justice, (Joke, some jedi may even do a dance off to win a bet to desculate situations)
On occasion a Jedi will refuse to join battles with their situational reason.
A True Jedi follow their intuition or carry out request from a cosmic energy that binds them (basically a consciousness that Jedi call "The force"), they use for knowledge to benefit anything like (building Lego bricks to solve puzzles), and basically what Cal kestis does in his Journey, and Defense(as protecting oneself by using any abilities that helps getting people out of danger or themselves, holding with telekinesis or walling out water). Using the force for Knowledge and protection in advanced and masterful ways, like psychometry, investigating, or reading information when recieving thought, or help with teaching survival essentials, tools or other stuff.
1:37 *Finally gets around to the point*
This story itself could really be a movie and what happened to it and who welds it now.
After the fall of the jedi it's not locked away no more
Day 192 of asking for a part 3 of what if anakin was trained by qui gon
Dont ever stop
Keep going
I follow the Will of the Force. For I am one with the Force and the Force is with me. May the Force be with you...always.
at least 3 times you said what we are going to do today and i got bored before i found out.
You should do a comp video about exar kun like you did for sidious
I'm curious as to why Anakin's lightsaber didn't become corrupt?
Most feared, maybe. Hated? How can you hate an object?
Also, Hate and Fear lead to the Darkside.
Random question ❓ I've been looking for questions Abt why the darksaber has a blade🙎🏾♂️ and the logical and stupidest reason imo is the hilt... All lightsaber hilts are built in the form of a beam/flashlight.
N the darksaber is in the form of a blade/sword if you notice where the beam releases, the regular sabers are circular and the darksaber is rectangular hence a blade jus a random thought. What if they started building lightsaber like old swords like the ancient sith.
Could’ve just chucked it into a star or black hole and be done with it, but that would be boring.
Daaang imagine if Kylo Ren or even Lord palpatine got there hand on this saber OMG
A minute and a half later we finally get into the main theme
What if...
I don't know.
They just threw it to a sun with a crazy gravitational pull that no one can land on and survive.
Or throw it into a black hole
Just a thought
This seems unnecessarily complicated. There is a dang thing in the sun even if it’s not destroyed there’s no way anyway he’s ever going to get it.
Isn’t this the theme for ACOLYTE ?
The safest place is in unknown space or a black hole
if they really wanted to get rid of the lightsaber they could have easily, by throwing it in a volcano. yeah, it might not have been destroyed but at least no one could retrieve it.
You mean besides the Darksaber?
I LOVE HOW MUCH YOU REPEAT YOURSELF … sounds like a damn school paper that you typed the night before it was due …
Hated? Hate is not a Jedi way.
Okay...I want to see this Holocron, this lightsaber, and this Jedi Covenant mentioned in The High Republic (inc. The Acolyte and SW: Eclipse), the 3rd video game starring Cal Kestis, SW: Outlaws, the adventures of Doctor Aphra, and The Mandoverse (inc. The Bad Batch). I want to see The Acolytes Of The Beyond seek this relic out, as well. Maybe Lor San Tekka, of The Church Of The Force, knows something about this artifact's history and possible whereabouts?
Thank you and May The Force Be With You...
That would be a great legends artifact/weapon and reference to be featured in canon.
Thumbs down for ads that interrupt my entertainment and learning experience
I don’t understand why Yoda wouldn’t have brought that blade with him when he went to fight Sidious because as soon as he saw his trickery to use that to strike him down with justice to save his Republic. I bet Sidious wouldn’t have even had a clue about it especially if Yoda would’ve put his lightsaber crystal in Exar’s lightsaber to try to be better matched to his saber. He could’ve easily smoked Sidious with this I’m fairly sure.
Because to do so Yoda himself would’ve betrayed the mandates of the order by wielding such an evil weapon. Evil begets evil.
@@thedrizzle899 yet Yoda already violated his code by going with the intent to kill Sidious so ensuring it by having the weapon that would barely fit both of Yodas hands on would be truly devastating attack form with his form IV.
@@jeremyk.6456 that’s not violating the code, that was protecting the code from utter destruction and ruination.
If I remember correctly, Exar Kun's lightsaber would also corrupt whoever used it (being so steeped in the dark side), and that it would have been dangerous for Yoda to do so.
It's also part of the reason it needed to be sealed in resin, otherwise even it's presence could corrupt the minds of those around it.
Is it bad that I saw the thumbnail and knew it was?
i really need to see his combat and lightsaber and force fighting
his lightsaber just seems like a smaller darthmaul staff saber with dark abilities
Likely obtained by Palpatine after her took over as Sidious
I would love to have a real type of Anime for star wars, like from the begining when there were first jedis... No cartoons...
So... Does anyone have an explanation on why they didn't just dump it into a star or black hole? Sure, maybe it wouldn't have destroyed it because it was "indestructible" but good luck retrieving it
Surely if the Jedi hated and feared this lightsaber so much why didn’t they just jettison it in deep space so it could never be found??
Some things are best lost forever this light saber is at the top of the list.
Just a thought but if it was so feared why not just destroy the stupid lightsaber?
Pove your videos, but could you do us a favor and cite your sources? There are many times where I want to dive deeper into things you bring up, but am not quite sure where to find them.
The Old Republic proves itself again! Good luck, Disney!!
Just put in Capsule and shoot it deep into the Sun of an hazardous dangerous Star-System.
Why not just launch it into a black hole or something like a ring back into Mordor?
Could you do a what if of Darth Krayt
So what about this lightsaber's combat technique made it so dangerous? I mean ... Wiggling it a lil bit hardly seems that intense
if they hated it so much, then why didn't the Jedi just jerry-rig it into a rocket and sent it flying into the closest star?
Could the thing not have been fired into a black hole?
The Jedi/Sith/Emipre/etc. being part of a galactic civilization never seem to make use of the advanced tech they obviously have. Even with very simple space flight that is common to them they act like they are little more than 1900 earth. "We have something we can't destroy, lets just put it in a box next door", they could very easily have shot that thing into a black hole to get rid of it, this is of course a failure of creativity on the authors to make reasons as to why they can't actually destroy things or use the tech they should have all around them.
Why was Exar Kun's lightsaber still blue if it was filled with soo much dark energy? I would figure he would have made it bleed.
Because bleeding crystals was Disney nonsense and not part of the original canon. Red lightsaber crystals in legends were just synthetically created and were that color as a result of the process of making them.
@@-Keith- frankly i prefer the "bleeding nonsense" to just being synthetic. Sounds more mystical and magical and evil then just "oh the sith made fake kybar crystals"
@@andrewvasquez7872 Not every little detail has to be magical and mystical, sometimes technology can just be technology and nothing's lost because of it.
Do jedi have something against destroying sabers or force infused objects? cus else i'd drop that thing in a compresor and throw it into a sarlac xD
