The guys running the sound board in this deserve mad props for excellent equalization. A lot of different instruments blended together perfectly with the lead singer's awesome voice. Superb.
I doubt UA-cam encoding is going to live up to audiophile standards. At some point I think those limitations will overpower whatever quality the source may have had.

Amazing performance of an amazing song! Great musicians, but the drummer definitely deserves a big applause. It's great when drummers have huge kits but a really good drummer should be able to do his magic on a very limited kit too. This guy's kit is very minimalist, and the groove is there!
