@@TeezerDriz EGR delete would simply block off where the exhaust gases come from, so they don’t circulate back through the intake. On modern engines these days it’s not as simple as putting in a blanking plate. The engine ECU would need to be re-mapped so it knows there’s no recirculation taking place. If done properly the engine will be ok, but obviously you’ll be polluting with more harmful NOx emissions which could then fail an emissions test.

Good point. A lot of people aren't probably aware of the effect on emissions and likely test fail.
