- Hi guys it is me, Kureon-P! And I am back to upload another video showcasing one of the voicebanks installed in my computer which turned out to be very underrated because of the way they sound. This certain utauloid is named Hydra Mugen (even the name sounds cool for me lol) and he currently has 2 voicebanks, both of them being CV. But, that doesn't mean that the voicebank will not sound great. In fact, its nature of being a consonant-vowel voicebank brings its charm on full potential for the fact that in my own words, the choppiness makes the voicebank sound nice for me :)
THIS SONG IS PERFECT

HELP MY PRONUCIATION OF THE R SOUND😭
This sounds really cool btw!
It's unique!
@@Fleuron-P Thanks for giving me the opportunity to use your vb! He sounds very nice, really!
i like the way the r is uttered *O*!
The r sound is more a D sound in JP. hopefully this helps. the video: How to Pronounce Ra Ri Ru Re Ro - Japanese Pronunciation. explains it well.
Honestly, the voicebank sounds great. Even the accent makes it sound cooler 😎
Glad you think so!
K, but have yall ever heard MOMONE MOMO CV ? Her CV voicebank is SOO smooth.
Heard her voicebank many times before. She definitely is smooth-sounding 😎
I’m in my 20s so I was a UTAU user back in the GOLDEN ERA of both UTAU and Vocaloid (2009-2012) and I still remember how what truly makes the difference is having a soft/smooth voicebank and using TIPS as the resampler. I was able to make really realistic nice stuff even with CV and a very terrible microphone. It’s sad that the UTAU development has basically stopped many years ago (in terms of updates and release of new resamplers). Kanru Hua (the creator of Synth V) actually started as a UTAU enthusiast.
CV is also totally nostalgic and cool and shall be preserved.
(Watch me act as the old wise man that has seen the war loool)
I read somewhere that moresampler was basically very very very early SynthV. Also I'm glad we have OpenUTAU now.
in the age of hyperrealistic uncanny AI voices, we forget where we came from and the humble beginnings of 2008. even at the end we cheered for multipitch 14-tone VCV voicebanks before AI became the standard in 2020, thanks to SynthV AI. i remember working many nights on UTAU covers, trying to be as precise as i could with configuration, but now it's automated in other synths. many voices like adachi rei remain CV even to this day, so CV isn't an entirely lost art. good on you for using CV voices. i think it'd be nice if we all used random strangers' UTAU for fun again. rebuild the community that was torn apart by the idea you had to make it big all on your own and never use anyone else's UTAU unless it was a favor. what's the point in making open-source voicebanks for utau and never using any of them in the community? go out there and download someone's UTAU. make their day!
👏👏👏
That’s literally crazy!! I even today was looking up good cv voicebanks! Like what!??
DISCORD NOTIF IN THE BACKGROUND AHHHHHHHH
it made me double check
Omagoosh
Das actually very good owo
Thank you :DDD!
I love CV voicebanks!!
They may be the easiest voicebank format to make, but they sound great and is quite underrated too :DDD!
My CV utau sounds genuinely good, but 96% of his aliases got fucked up in the oto so I'll have to figure that out because I can't use him in OpenUTAU.
that's very unfortunate...
@@UtaKure they literally became biblically accurate kanjis bc they were next to a comma or smthn
So cute!!!!!!
Omg I watch your channel hi!!!
I wanna make a CV voicebank but still have no idea on how to OTO :(((
I have a crappy VCV voicebank that I recorded around ~2022 summer when I was still learning how to pronounce things (not just Japanese, but in general. I h8 speech impediments) and the R is SUPER pronounced. Wish I could use it, but again idk how the hell otoing works and i still cant figure out utau 💔
@@Twiddle_things Try to look up several tutorials to be introduced with the basics of otoing in UTAU and how its done. From there on out, you will get the hang of the process with more practice in each time you configure a voicebank. Even I took a long time mastering otoing. You can do it :DDD!
