- Hello dear friends.Today, we will go to Girdev Plateau / Lake, located at an altitude of 1800 meters, together with our family friend living in Köyceğiz (Muğla). We are participating in this trip from Milas (Muğla). We met with our friends at the place where we had a tea break at the goo.gl/maps/8DhPViHcBf2C7iaS6 at the Karabel pass on the Fethiye Antalya highway. Our journey started towards Girdev Plateau after sipping the pleasant tea.
I planned to publish the videos in sections. In this section, I will share the images from this point where we take a tea break to the point where we take a second tea break.
Girdev Plateau is within the borders of Seydikemer district and it is the only lake of the district, Girdev Lake. Before going to Girdev Plateau, there is a village grocery store to complete your deficiencies in Temel neighborhood, which is in the last position. Do not look at what I call a village grocery store, there is more for a grocery store. The grocery store has a wide range of products from toys to textile products. We bought a few materials that you may need from the grocery store. Like Turkish delight and biscuits :) It is possible to reach Girdev Plateau approximately 16 kilometers after the Temel neighborhood. The road after the basic quarter is a stabilized road and is suitable for all kinds of transportation vehicles. Roads are regularly maintained by local governments to facilitate plateau life and ensure uninterrupted transportation. It is possible to see the houses of shepherds engaged in animal husbandry along the way. As part of the plateau is (for now) electricity, I recommend you to take the necessary measures to avoid problems with the charging of your electronic devices.
