- Well, Spring is almost here and the oak trees are dropping all of their leaves for some reason. Here's some mowing of thousands of saplings that are trying to grow and getting rid of all the leaves mowing and mulching at full throttle with my Gator blades.

How are you liking the cub cadet zt1 42? I just bought one from tractor supply a few days ago.
I truly like it alot. It's so amazingly maneuverable. 2 things to be ready for: your throttle lever is going to break. As well designed as the rest of the mower is, whoever designed the throttle lever failed miserably. It is very cheap plastic holding on to the metal cable end. The cable will still work, the lever will rip right off of it. I'm sure that the warranty would put a fresh plastic breakable lever on for you, but I opted for the vice grip method. The other issue might be the spindles. Now I run mine harder than average so I don't know if yours will blow. But there are no grease fittings on the OEM spindles, so you can't grease them! Crazy! But enter the part number into Amazon and a million of them will come up. Pick a set with grease fittings. Again, the Cub Cadet warranty will surely replace your grease-fittingless spindles with fresh grease-fittingless spindles, but you can upgrade. Don't get me wrong!!! The mower is great!! It just needs a few tweaks. :)

The Cheetah is right here. It runs but has an odd intermittent electrical problem. Still tracing it. The season is starting now though so I better finish that and get it back out there.
