Very important note about the Gaesatae: They upgrade to musketman, not swordsmen. Even if you have 20 iron, you can still train both Gaesatae and swordsman.

I envy the way Potato just calmly acknowledges lessons learned & doesn't panic at small mistakes & just keeps making the next best move he can. I get too OCD about having each turn be just right, and it really slows me down so games take too long. A video about that would be sooo helpful!

The Gauls unique unit is not rendered obsolete by Swordmen. They aren't obsolete until gunpowder. They are quite capable of tanking hits from a Swordman if they heal each turn.

Fun fact: you can actually keep producing Gaesetae after discovering the swordsman tech since Gaesetae actually upgrade into musketmen

For the Statue of Zeus, you need to take into consideration that Gaul will get culture for each unit as well. Pretty good wonder!
