Yeah, especially Pacific Coast Highway. She sounds so raw, emotional and vulnerable in the demo. I simply hate what she did with her vocals in the album version. It's like she forced herself to sound younger and it did not work. It's also overly produced in a bad way. I also really like the original Nobody's Daughter (the song), which was completely changed for the album version.

I really hope this is the vibe that we get on the new record - although there’s not loud guitars, portly it is the loudest thing you’ve ever done because your lyrics -which are always amazing - are even more featured this way and it shows your talents immensely not to mention your voice is magic in this presentational way as well. Now this may bother some people because they may be expecting a more grungy presentation, but to me this is as real as you can get which means his punk rock as one can get because it is Honest and real.. I hope someone in her publicist team or Courtney yourself and see this post. Although it doesn’t mean shit, in case it does tell me of you lol I have been in the industry I’ve played in the industry for over two decades successfully and I am not talking out of my ass I really really hope even though maybe some of these are demos that this vibe continues it is a beautiful and extraordinarily done and I think many will agree. And anyone expecting any thing else than what you want isn’t your fan you know what I mean,,?? I mean do you think but if you could release this style as well maybe if you don’t want to release the style I will definitely release them as demos or what have you because man this is gorgeous and a masterpiece even in the short clips please.

@@j.c7719 yes, yes it does, it sounds an awful like the nobody's daughter , which is a might depressing in that way that she's managed to reinvent the over all sound or vibe with each release. like when she said that she doesn't want to make a widow song, i understand that, but then why did the whole record sound like a widow song. and no it doesn't, her friendship with brian, if it can be called that, is manipulative and toxic in that way that whenever courtney is particularly vulnerable in her life she lets in the worst people and they take advantage of her. she should not be sticking up for a rapist and an abuser when her music been significantly about surviving those things, especially for her fanbase. it is a bad take. i think most of us who like her or hole can forgive most things that she's done or will do because it's not difficult to see the reasoning behind her self sabotaging, but this time it really doesn't make any sense. aside from maybe she stopped chanting or taking her medications. it's gross. this is not like the time that she and billy had a fight and then made up, it's not like her hating trent reznor, it's not even like the weird relationship she had with evan dando where he won't talk about her anymore. this is gross.
@@alianovna no it sounds nothing like Marianne Faithful to me, completely different directions, they are not widow songs they are only perceived as such because she IS a widow but she didn’t address Kurt at any point on that record. Manson’s accusers jumped on a bandwagon but she never supported his actions she merely expressed her respect for him as a friend, we all make mistakes and the only option is to move on and do better.

Her voice sounds great tonally and is evocative, you don’t need to be a technically skilled singer to be a recording artist but I’d love to hear you scream like her or write like her. There is endless footage of her playing guitar live, backstage, acoustic, in the studio on youtube that is not one bit “faked”. She has played guitar on nearly all her records and wrote them on guitar. She struggled with playing live and singing at the same time in later years after her hand eye coordination was messed up by her crack addiction.
Go watch the x factor, you clearly don’t get that people are listening for depth and artistic delivery, not being a great technical singer. Also shes never claimed to be a good guitar player and for a long time stopped playing so she does have some issues. Shes a writer and performer, not a musician!
