    You made it look fast & simple but to most people this would take a very long time and would be very difficult....
    Well done!

    Awesome repair and restoration! Great to see someone doing such technical job. Otherwise on UA-cam people have changed the technical meaning. They are showing nothing technical in their channels be they are telling themselves tech channels.

    Awesome job! I remember a few years ago, I did an internship at a company that only does motor restoration. And Seeing you open up that motor brings back memories. Like opening a drum motor and getting oil all over me! The only things that we did different, is that we would keep the top half of the windings (crown as we called it). And then pull the rest of the windings out.

      I was wondering if all the wires were still intact. Why would you have to replace all of them mean the copper is still solid? I just wondered

    • @sultansingh9770
      @sultansingh9770 4 роки тому +1

      @@zorroonmilkavitch1840 It's the insulation on the copper conductor that goes bad. and the motor windings will get shorted.

    AMAZING VIDEO ! - YOU DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF REWINDING THAT BIG INDUCTION MOTOR - I REWIND THESE SORT OF MOTORS MYSELF SO I KNOW JUST HOW HARD IT IS ! - ON THESE TYPE OF MOTORS IT IS ALWAYS THE STARTER WINDINGS THAT OVERHEAT AND BURN OUT DUE TO THE BIG UF VALUE CAPACITOR THAT IS NEEDED TO START THESE MOTORS UNDER HEAVY LOAD APPLICATIONS SUCH AS PUMPS AND AIR COMPRESSORS. WELL DONE - GREAT VIDEO AND MUCH RESPECT TO YOU.

    Where in the world are you located. Your information shows the USA, but this is obviously not the USA. When I saw this man ripping the old wire out I thought, now this is going to be good. What a great restoration indeed. Machines would have a tough time doing what he did. I am hooked, and have subscribed. Just look at the "tools" he is using to complete this restoration. Imagine what he could do with quality tools. The pump says "made in China" but just about everything for sale in the USA says made in China. Look at the worn weather beaten hands on this man. He is obviously a hard working man. That well looks like something from a small farm way out in the country, yet he is producing these great videos. Sir, I wish you well and thank you for sharing your great videos with this old man in California USA. ...Ken
