Your work of rewinding motors sets you apart; even making you nearly unique. And your videos are well made. I look forward to more content and I hope you go far in this. Keep going!
truly remarkable! I was under the impression we engineered machines for the coil windings these days but seeing such an skill at work has blown me away....teach me?? :P
Hello, And I watched your video and I think you are very intelligent. I was very impressed with the performance of your how you installed the coil wire. Thanks, that showed me a better understanding of hoe this type of motors work, Thanks!
Awesome repair and restoration! Great to see someone doing such technical job. Otherwise on UA-cam people have changed the technical meaning. They are showing nothing technical in their channels be they are telling themselves tech channels.
Awesome job! I remember a few years ago, I did an internship at a company that only does motor restoration. And Seeing you open up that motor brings back memories. Like opening a drum motor and getting oil all over me! The only things that we did different, is that we would keep the top half of the windings (crown as we called it). And then pull the rest of the windings out.
AMAZING VIDEO ! - YOU DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF REWINDING THAT BIG INDUCTION MOTOR - I REWIND THESE SORT OF MOTORS MYSELF SO I KNOW JUST HOW HARD IT IS ! - ON THESE TYPE OF MOTORS IT IS ALWAYS THE STARTER WINDINGS THAT OVERHEAT AND BURN OUT DUE TO THE BIG UF VALUE CAPACITOR THAT IS NEEDED TO START THESE MOTORS UNDER HEAVY LOAD APPLICATIONS SUCH AS PUMPS AND AIR COMPRESSORS. WELL DONE - GREAT VIDEO AND MUCH RESPECT TO YOU.
Nice, now i know how to restore my old waterpump to upgrade my homemade solar waterfountain. Im 100%sure that you will love my homemade solar waterfountain video. Thank you.
Good idea playing the recording of the Roster back at regular speed so that people could understand what the screeching sound was, Lol, I grew up with chickens, so I knew what it was right away.
Awesome vid, I rebuild a lot of pumps mostly for the fuel industry & we always send the motors out to be rewound... Some explanation during the process would've put it over the top.
I was a motor rewinder back in the day. But I had a co-worker elderly woman who could rewind Motors and make them look like a machine wound the motor. Another words she was an expert motor rewinder
nice job i do a similar job. but i solder, crimp or screw the stranded conductors together instead just twisting. al most i use a small screw connectors. Mu submersible pump(almost a sewage pump) have vindings in good condition but need cleaning. the revinding is hard to learn. Keep going and i hope you make more videos in the future about pumps and air compressors.

This kind of work only a qualified technician can perform,I mean fast...The author, another like you, well done, experience apparently you're very big..good luck!
nice work man, I wish you were close to me here in N CA USA. I have a couple of motors that need rewinding. one company wants $1200. for rewinding a 1ph, 220, 1.5 hp motor. cap start and run cap.
So, you basically just want your motor restored by someone that will have to live in conditions far inferior to your own....poor schools, healthcare, salary, housing, clothing, etc. You basically just want cheap third-World labor.
I wish i had your skill. I have some old fan motors i wish to rewind but no one will teach me how to rewind motors and its seems i can never find a video on youtube on how to rewind a fan motor successfully.
Where in the world are you located. Your information shows the USA, but this is obviously not the USA. When I saw this man ripping the old wire out I thought, now this is going to be good. What a great restoration indeed. Machines would have a tough time doing what he did. I am hooked, and have subscribed. Just look at the "tools" he is using to complete this restoration. Imagine what he could do with quality tools. The pump says "made in China" but just about everything for sale in the USA says made in China. Look at the worn weather beaten hands on this man. He is obviously a hard working man. That well looks like something from a small farm way out in the country, yet he is producing these great videos. Sir, I wish you well and thank you for sharing your great videos with this old man in California USA. ...Ken
You made it look fast & simple but to most people this would take a very long time and would be very difficult....
Well done!
Thumbs up!👍🏻from 🇨🇦

The best restoration video I have seen by far. Every other restoration video just cleans around the windings. This is a true full restoration.
Статор перемотать это дорогого стоит. Лайк конечно, терпения у автора хоть отбавляй.
Наверное жизнь заставляет... но похоже опыт и голова на месте👍
Great job, quiet with a lot of torque!!! A step above other restorations! Million+ subs very soon!

I love to know where you got that plastic coil winding jig from. But what am I saying, someone as skilled as you probably made it himself.
It is looked easy on the video, but this work needed a lot of knowledge and skill to do that. Awesome skill.
thank you
at least watching was simple :-)

thank you much for your time to make this video

I was wondering if all the wires were still intact. Why would you have to replace all of them mean the copper is still solid? I just wondered
@@zorroonmilkavitch1840 It's the insulation on the copper conductor that goes bad. and the motor windings will get shorted.
Thank you Mr. Electricity I am wiritng from Azerbaijan the work you do is excellent.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
All that copper wire so well organized. And I thought braiding hair was difficult!

Que bonito un trabajo muy profesional me gusta ver este tipo de video
That is a really nice pump it reminds me of the smaller ones that were used in missle sites in the 70s. It deserves a rebuild.
I've seen 600 horsepower DC motors rewound but, this was super, great job and thanks for sharing.
Fantastic job! ...subscribed
Thank you for that sharing.
Nice 👍 work bro, bt without its proper cealing of those lubbers n glue, water wil finally penetrate and brow it again, so think about it.
this is full restoration. Beauty job
