Here is a condensed script I made of that moment.
Of course it's not the same due to choices.
However it has the best parts of it still intact.
(L) "It's just a bad dream, sweet pea."
"What was it about?"
(C) "Duck he's bit."
(L) "We don't know how this works yet."
"Maybe it's like a cold."
(C) "It's not like a cold."
(L) "No, it's probably not."
(C) "Why did Lilly do that to Carley?"
(L) "I don't know."
"She was sad, Clem."
"That can make people angry sometimes."
(C) "Because of her dad?"
(L) "Yeah."
"Clem, people don't always make sense."
(C) "How come?"
(L) " 'Cause bad things happen to everyone."
"And it's hard to keep being yourself after they do."
"Do you think we should've let Lilly stay?"
(C) "I don't think so."
(L) "I don't know. It wasn't easy."
"I don't know if we did the right thing."
(C) "How can you tell?"
(L) "Well, it's not like math, Clem. Sometimes there just isn't a right answer."
"Yeah, but part of growing up is doing what's best for the people you care about... Even if sometimes... that means hurting someone else."
(C) "I don't want to hurt anyone."
(L) "It's not that easy."
(C) "I'm scared, Lee."
(L) "What can I tell you to make it better?"
(C) "That you won't leave me."
(L) "Oh, I wouldn't do that, I promise."
"Everythings gonna be alright."
(C) Starts sniffling and crying
Rests her head on him and moves her body under his arm.
(L) "Now let's try and get some sleep."
(C) "Okay Lee."
(Multiple attempts at resting her eyes closes them they both fall asleep.
Wakes up from her dream after the screen is done from fading to black.)

I’d say season two is more about loss and pain. This entire season she just gets the shit beaten out of her.

towfiq morrell same when i saw Clementine alive i became disappointed (at the game writers) in the ending bc there was no way she should have survived.
Gus Jp dont get me wrong I didn’t want Clementine to die although I would have been fine with that, but the writing was bad. Clementine shouldn’t have survived any of that, and worse it had to be explained by a developer how she survived (which was still unrealistic) making it a poor choice in writing. I don’t understand why they didn’t create a scenario in which it could have at least been a plausible way in Clementine surviving. Non the less still a great game.

I was full on crying like a bitch at the end of season 1... and I've never cried at a movie/game before. Powerful stuff from these games. I much prefer season 1 because you have a greater purpose (to do whatever it takes to save Clem). season 2 is more about learning to deal with the tough new world.
On another note, it felt like there was barely any walking around the camp/house and interacting with people (i mean the 4 choices you had in season 1) eg. at the motor inn.

Gary Smith Lee's story, for me, was just the epilogue of Clem's story. The video game series is honestly centered around her. Lee was there to make sure we and her had a good introduction in the universe soo then, she could be set on her own, surving against all the odds.

I personally think Omid's death was rubbish. I liked the immediate feels, but the execution of it could have been better.
***** Imagine iff TTG gave you a situation where you had to choose between helping Omid or Christa. I can't think of what would be happening in said situation, but having the choice to save one and leave the other would have really tugged the heart strings.

Omid was killed by a looter and christa went missing after u distracted the scavengers that were holding her. Don't know what happens if u try to sneak away.
knuckles6000 correct me if I'm wrong, but when clem throws a rock at the bad dudes to distract them, then you and her run, but she gets hit in the background *you can hear it* and she gets hit and then shot, as you keep running away.

Jane was a murderer because she would've said to Kenny mid way through the fight that Alvin Jr. Was safe and testing if he would go crazy or not, she wanted Kenny to die.
Yeah, I let Jane die. I didn't like her anyways right from the beginning. And also Clementine's ending with her isn't really great but Kenny's is.

You can tell that the ending with Kenny is what the developers intended to be "canon". It had waaaay more substance and was emotionally beautiful. Jane was a terrible person and I'm not even sorry for her death.
they say kenny is a time bomb waiting to explode, will i think jane is the fuel to that bomb. and i feel like she started caring about Clementine because she reminds her of her little sister and she maybe feel guilty about her.
kenny had no problem to sacrifice or put his life in danger for Clem, he did it in carver's place when he took responsibility about the walkie-talkie, and he did it in the end when he convinced the woman to make Clem and AJ enter the cumminty. i couldn't do it so i decided to stay with him outside.
yes he get mad sometimes but he have a good heart, and think about it he lost too many people he lost his wife and son and lee and his old group, and when he loved an another woman he lost her too, AJ was a new hope for him and he really cares about him and of course he will get mad when someone tell him the baby is dead, and he wasn't actually dead, jane tried to prove her point by one of the dumbest ways i have ever seen, bottom line is i think this is the correct and right decision and im very happy with my ending.
Loode Alnasser So true. I hate it when people claim Kenny to be a time-bomb. That man has lost his friends and family, his own very young son, his wife and his new girlfriend. Also his friend Lee. He basically lost everything in a world where only death, pain and sorrow wait for you, every single day. Everyone, without exception, would lose their calmness and unnecessary kindness at some point. And we all say or do stupid things, especially in moments of desperation and rage. That makes us human, we are not perfect.
But Kenny still always wanted to make sure that everyone he cared for would survive. His people, Clem and eventually AJ too.
Jane on the other hand was just a disgusting person. She only cared about herself, started to "care" about Clem only because of the guilt she felt over the death of her sister. Her biggest mistake was the situation with the baby. You simply can't spit into the face of a broken person and expect to get a hug in return.

I can see there faces, there laughs, there emotions, it felt so real, i felt love, wounds and hurt from this game. I see everyone we’ve lost sitting around a campfire giggling and laughing like nothing ever happened, I can’t unsee the terror before there fall, Sarah was so innocent, lee was a criminal who started in cuffs and ended in them but came out a hero, duck, Kenny, Ben, aj, they deserved better much better

Bro i just finished all 4 seasons yesterday and damnn.. I got really happy.. sad.. and mad I wish this game never finished, but all good things come to an end. Idk why but after i finished this game i asked myself "What do i do now?" I still don't know what to do.. I feel a certain way now a sense of emptiness that can only be filled when i either replay the game or listen to the music..
depressing yet beautiful at the same time...
A truly majestic and overall emotional rollercoaster, that this series brought to its fans, I'm so glad that Clementine made it out alive. Truly one of the best series to a video game that I have ever played in my life. And there are many others all around the world, whose hearts have been touched by this game, as well as TWD series as a whole.

I haven't played this game since Season 1 came to a close. When Season 2 came out months later, I installed it with joy, only to be reminded by this theme of the utter dread and sadness, and I just sat there, staring at the screen, remembering...

i played/watching the walking dead game in 2021 but this game is in my heart for ever
I've played Season 1, 2 and I'm still playing 3. But I've always wondered if in season 3... will Clem go back to the place where Lee died and see his body there? Or will she go back to her house and just get memories? If that happened I would CRY A LOT!!

This song always makes me feel sad but also happy thinking of playing the first season and what happened and then i think about what it was like in real life playing it with the music, it's amazing on how soundtracks can really change you'r mood and make you feel a certain personal way when you listen to a piece.

I believe the main reason why his death was so anti-climactic and unsatisfactory was because the writer for "All that Remains" and "A House Divided" wasn't the same for episodes 3 and 4. The writers on the 4th episode REALLY fucked that one up...
