Ive been struggling SO MUCH with having to make a decision where i truly want to say no, because how I feel things should be, because of what I’ve learned. It HAS been such a such a very heavy burden trying to maintain this train of thought of no and why it is no. I understand this teaching now and I’m going to let that ‘no’ go, and I’m going to allow it to be and try to be open and let life happen. JC its scary. Thank you
