Falling Through Portals is a great multicrossover. It's by Elizabeth Lux on Wattpad. I would recommend just reading a sample, since it's over 100 chapters long. Edit: It's a pjo multicrossover

If you're looking for good percabeth reads AND you don't mind it being kind of long, I would recommend 'Impossible Year' by bananannabeth (it's quite long but I think she has shorter one-shots too) And anything from Maydayparade8123. But these are seriously long. I've read shorter ones but I hadn't favourited them so it'd be hard to dig them out.
