    I'm always grateful for Angie's tough love sessions. They keep my spark going and push me a little harder. I'd give myself an 8 out of 10. I've consistently stuck to working 8 out of my 10 goals every single day. I'm usually pretty consistent in life but occasionally allow outside factors and people to demotivate me which is an area I'm working on. Only a couple of months ago I was in a very low place, both mentally and physically and used every excuse not to turn things around and then saw the daily grind launch which gave me the kick up the butt I needed. Angie I don't think you'll ever know how much you help me to transform my life ❤❤❤

    missed yesterday but got this today and will watch Day 21 next...
    I want to say I'm a 9 out of 10 with my consistency. I'm really motivated about my fitness... but I am human and some days are tougher to the gym, but I get there. I also have people/friends that I am accountable to and they check in with me and keep me motivated quite often, and I'm truly thankful I have a Plan B when I'm feeling frustrated or unmotivated. I've been on my fitness journey since March of this year and the Daily Grind videos and the Planner really help me stick to my goals. It's definitely a roller coaster and I've been in all of the seasons.. BUT... I do see results and am able to check off my monthly goals and celebrate my achievements. #showingup #wecandothistogether

    I need that tough love. I watch daily grind every day and if I fall behind I catch up. I try doing some kind of activity everyday I see it, like yoga, stretch or exercise. Thanks Angie for that.

    I have been playing catch up! I spent a long weekend with my mom for her 75th birthday. That was my priority, but now I'm so happy to jump back on the grind!

    In my early years through my 30's I was a hard core goal getter. M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E.D. but into my 40's a lot of life changes and challenges happened. I changed and not in all the best ways. Now that I recognize what has been lacking in my life in recent years, I am ready to really get back to goal setting and goal smashing. Appreciate being able to tune into these videos for tips, gut checks and tough love.

    My consistency is very good I give it a 5 so far
    determined to change I know last year I wasn’t focused or ready enough for something to change this time feels different. Thanks Angie you are amazing!!❤️ & I’m still here

    The being grateful aspect I never even thought of. Like you said, why be greatful for 5 am? 😂
    Also- 100% BSing myself. A goal I want, that I’ve been wanting for over 5 years.. some people have accomplished in 5 months. Smh. Royal gut check!

    I’m truly grateful for your tough love! I have had quite a bit of growth this month on most goals, some of my 10 I just cannot reach! I keep reassessing to make sure I do want those goals and I do so just plugging in everyday to give it my all!

    This is amazing. Motivated me to start a side hustle. Business plan is up, supplies purchased. Waiting for a few more things to be delivered then... creation time. I already have 2 businesses wanting the products that I'll be providing... very exciting. Things are in motion.

    Great video❤Luv being consistent and having longevity. Sometimes I need to chillax because I get OCD about things which doesn’t help with anxiety. So sometimes I need to sit back and “smell the 🌹 roses”. Happy about that workbook though👍👍Ready for a magical day tomorrow cuz I’m headed to Epcot.

    Ugh this was good. My longevity is usually 2 weeks when I’m REALLY excited. Then I fall off. I’ve always been this way and I get so hard on myself every time and then lose respect for myself, as you said, and then just quit. I’m trying to really figure out how to surpass that mark and keep going without paying someone to breathe down my neck.

    I was so excited to be a part of the live today. I originally gave myself a 10 for this month as far as using my planner faithfully for the past 20 days. Although I am really motivated and have been preparing all year to start my planner in October after studying this method of planning, I have a long way to go to claim any type of longevity, but I am getting there!

    I have been consistent every day and I’m so grateful for it!!! I’m about a 7 since there have been a couple of days of late nights due to young kiddos that caused me to sleep through my alarm. But goals are getting met!

    I'm a 6 out of 10. I've been walking 2 miles a day since April. I want to walk 4 days a week, but I mostly just walk 3. This is my number 2 goal.

    I honestly made my top 10 last month, checking the last daily grinds from October. Improved it this month to really gut check myself. I still with W/O 3 weeks 😓 my health 😢 less about 3-5days. Been working on both. Every breathe I take has been for my family, I've always thought of my family first no matter how many time it brought me to the hospital by literally working myself sick. 🤕 And they will never know how much I've done for them, because quality work is known to go unseen & I have learnt the hard way you can't make someone else feel grateful.💔 Finding you Angie has taught me in a dark time to take time for myself and to not forget to count myself, also to feel ok making time for myself. 🌱 I'm so freaking excited for you daily grind work book 💕📚✨ I love the Tough love Tuesdays TLT. I haven't found a good way to touch base on all of my top ten goals, the domino, and the 'daily grind' top three goals to help me touch base on 6-7 goals. But all ten in a day. . .I find time everyday to be grateful for a handful of a new list daily 😃

    Been telling myself (I’m fine) for so long I realized I’m not… so its the mental health journey for me before I can do anything else so with my shrink we worked that into a smaller goal of ten parts.

    love this video and definitely needed the wakeup call. I'm killing 1 or 2 of my month's goals but I could be doing more for others and I am making excuses/not showing up for myself every day. I like what you said the other day: I don't negotiate with myself. I need to remember that and catch myself when I start talking myself out of doing those important things. That tough love over the last few episodes got me in Gear and signed up with the Fit Gym and ready to work!! Thank you for the motivation Angie I'm so excited for the best year yet!!!

    That part about “plugging holes” reminds me of the quote on the green Daily Grind planner that says “don’t just fly, soar.” We can either live life just flying around but I wanna soar and go beyond just plugging holes left and right. Oof that hit hard, but love it!

    Hey, I started watching this channel October 17 and even if i have not figured out my 10 goals, i needed to start now and just keep going. I need to get started to get somewhere. I started day one with 3 goals, then added a few, got rid of the silly ones. I have already gotten farther than in the past. I still don't have my ten, but i am moving along and will find the few goals i need. i am gradually working my way to the perfect planner for me. i spoke to my co-workers about this, they all decided to join me on this journey.

      Angie has an amazing video that helped me so much in how to plan using her planner. She has many videos, but her 2022 goals and dream board video has been my go to for learning how to set goals.

    I really love the "shoot for 9.5" and leave room for improvement. As a 1 and a 3, I sometimes get stuck and don't move forward because I'm worried about not being "perfect." Something about changing it to 9.5 makes me okay with it and makes it attainable for me. I needed to hear this and ALL of the rest of today. Thanks ❤❤❤

    Tough love hitting HARD today… but it’s really been encouraging to see that I’ve actually achieved more of my goals than I thought I was for the month! Still definitely not perfect (I’d give myself a solid 7/10 so far) and there are some goals I’ve neglected and not paid as much attention to, but it’s OKAY. I’m grateful for the growth this month, grateful for the opportunity to push myself more. Love you Angie, and I’m grateful for the tough love 🤍🥰

    I usually go two weeks with my health goals and I slip and have that mentality that I need to start over. I am almost done week one and this time its more about building the habits.. the routine.. to keep myself there. It is discipline!! I am grateful for this life, truly and I need to remind myself every day.

    Consistency: 7/10 - I’ve been consistent with 7 of my goals this month
    Longevity: usually only 1-2 weeks, so definitely needs improvement
    Gratitude: I think I’m doing pretty well overall with this, but tbh I’m struggling with this for one of my goals b/c it’s hard to grateful for that specific situation. But, I like how you mentioned trying to get excited vs grateful b/c I can definitely get excited for the end result once I have accomplished that goal!
    BS: I need to work on this as well for one goal specifically that I’ve noticed I’ve been avoiding🙈 I keep making excuses for why it’s not a major focus

    I've been struggling with my health since contracting COVID earlier in the year. Long -Term fatigue and the fact I'm starting menopause has been a HUGE challenge BUT even after a couple of bad days or even weeks. I think, that's the past, time to try again and get started again. Remember to start where you are and even if you get knocked back, dust yourself off and get started again. FINALLY after 6 months I'm starting to feel like I have energy again and since I've kept trying to work on my health, at least I'm not starting from zero again. progress not perfection

    Love these videos!!! I needed the gut check today!!! I haven’t been very consistent this month bc I have been negotiating with myself and telling myself other things mattered more than my top 10 and honestly haven’t been showing up like I needed to. I normally stay with stuff for about a month before I get frustrated and stop. This was the exact kick in the butt I need and I will be moving the needle on my goals tomorrow!! Thank you!!

    I need to get ball rolling because I started off strong but with the weather changing it’s just less motivating to get out of bed and shower because it’s so cold. I haven’t been doing much lately and with school taking up most of my time I have less time for my personal goals.
