this is really weird but before you started your uploading again I legit had a dream that I met gretchen and i asked her in the dream “is Lucy done with youtube?” and she told me yes but that i had to keep it a secret and i remember feeling so sad in the dream. then a week later you posted your first upload again. I am stoked to see you back Lu!!
A good natural deodorant I can recommend is ‘Salt of the Earth’ which you can find in the health food store Holland & Barrett. I find it extremely effective. Enjoyed the vlog 😊

So glad to see you posting again! If you’re looking for a more gentle cleanser for your face, I’d recommend the Sephora brand amino acid cleanser. I have a similar skin type to you and it’s been the best cleanser I’ve tried and it’s all natural ingredients. I’m not sure if it’s available in Ireland but it’s about $10 for a big tube here in the states :)

Hey hey. Quorn (which is a brand name) have a really good selection of vegan food to cook and are high in protein and low in saturated fat. I use it as a substitute for meat. Super nice and affordable too. You can pretty much get them in the freezer section of any shops. Especially Tesco! Evergreen and Holland and Barret are very good health stores to visit in Galway. Seriously though, November 15th the Christmas markets are back in Galway 😍😍 You will love it! Best time of the year to live in Galway in my opinion 😋
For natural deodorant, honestly Native DOES work for me (even when I sweat HARD at the gym or something like that) and I've been using it for 2.5 years. Def recommend giving it a go if you haven't already and if you can get it in Ireland!
I tried so many face washes and none of them worked and i also hated how they had so many ingredients like you said so i literally just make my own using dr. bronners Castile soap and few drops of tea tree and vitamin e oil and it works like a charm!
Great to see you guys embracing sustainability. It reminds me I need to do better in that regard myself. You shouldn't feel bad about not always succeeding at being vegan. Everyone should just do the best they can. You have to watch out for your health and enjoy life some too, otherwise what's the point of living?

I would try native deodorant!! I use it and it’s paraben and aluminum free!!! And it smells so good if you get the coconut and vanilla one!!!
