Answer for 16:00 min) Yes we can access our application through deployment file on which slave(node) the pod is running we can copy that IP address paste it chrome access our application. But main drawback is network loadbalncing not happening there. so if we want to access our application through any slave(node) we need to link our Deployement file with the service file based on the selector
Your question about if the application can connect the pod directly without service was a little bit confusing! , you should have to tell him if the application inside the pod can communicate with others pod or application in other pod through pod IP, although i will tell you YES but with having some confusion "coz i know that service just for external access ..."
he is having 1.7 years of exprience but he did't have much knowladge about devops tools.

1.7y exps = 2-3 real life project so I think he didn't need to know all

Sir i was able to answer 98% of questions you asked in this interview. And i have just 1.1 yr of experience. I am trying to switch from my current company but not getting any calls. We disagree. He has 1.7yrs experience and is learning. The fact that he open to interview shows he is keen to learning and improving himself. The key to success is willingness to learn and kudos to him for that. Well done to him.
As a fresher you would probably not have a chance to work in DevOps most of the times unless its a startup as he did
Its a path and everyone has there own learning curve.
If we are good enough we can prove but someone cant decide our reason for not getting callbacks
There is always a place you can showcase youre unique skillsets and get recruited
Thats all DevOps is all about continous learning and continous integration💫
@@DevOps-Cloud I might be wrong but he is clearly lacking basics of everything + he is not accepting his lack of knowledge, that's a big red flag; always express what you know , and if you don't know anything show ethusiasm to learn it; please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere, I'm a fresher just like him and trying to assess myself.

I agree with your devops mindset; but getting a callback is real hard. I just have all the certs(CKA, AWS(X3 ASSO) and relevant projects(full stack with IaC; vpc, routing, alb, etc..; complex microservices webapp on k8(event driven) but no work exp.
