How long does it take to get a driving licence in Qatar, already familiar with driving

Even if you are familiar with driving it's difficult to pass test in Qatar, if you are holding license from another country you're eligible to get half course which will be 20 days road training excluding theory classes and parking classes. Better take 40 days full course.
Course will be as follows:
Registration, which inculdes course fee depends on school between 3500 qar to 4500 qar.
Eye test 50 qar
Theory classes, after theory classes you need to give exam, for exam you need to pay exam fee
Than familiarisation with driving after that you'll get parking lesson, than parking test, again need to pay exam fee
After this road training, than road test, again need to pay exam fee.
If you pass, to get a copy of licence, you need to pay fee again.
This process will take more than 2 to 3 months if you're lucky to pass all exams.
