    City builders, small developer great to have something new around, old generation unbeatable present cloud based like CSKL, Newcity, full 3D too intesive for Intel P5 3.2 Ghz, if you don´t have a extreme machine spec I7 4.0 Ghz 16 Gb fast graphics anything new likely will not work very well !

      At the end of the day, city-builders are very hard on processors and graphics cards because of the sheer number of calculations to do and buildings to draw in real-time. I'm not even sure that full 3D vs. an isometric projection makes that big of a difference. What makes CSKL and NewCity so demanding is that they process individual actors continually in a very complex traffic simulator, unlike SC4, which simulates traffic in a more aggregate way. My choices in terms of hardware upgrades for my computer have been made with the nature of these games in mind. Most video games (even graphics-intensive titles) can run on low or medium with more modest specs.
