    You are so naturally pretty. Your makeup looks are always FIERCE, but it was nice to see your clean, beautiful face in a video.

    Loved it, I'm such product junkie for real 4 real.. I recently purchased the Dark & Lovely Au Naturale products and I was so torn between As I Am products and D&L Au Naturale products..Au Naturale are good and everything but left my hair dry.. I need tons moisture so my next purchase As I am products

    I just did a wash n go with this produce, I love the results! The curls are a little crunchy, however, I prefer it that way, they last longer. As I add oil lightly to my hair and play with it during the week, the curls soften. I love the As I Am product line, a little pricy, but it works great in my hair so I don't mind. Did the big chop 4 years ago, I keep it short. Tried this product and stayed with it. I get compliments all the time.

    I had to start over. I ordered the 2 jars of this, and a bottle of rosemary oil. I stopped using relaxers 2 years ago and now I wear it natural. It's long and curly. I never had curly hair, but I do now 🥰. I usually if I'm in a good mood I either twist and use my orange rods and use the product. I don't but a lot of gels and stuff on my hair. I love using ORS moisturizer lotion and olive oil cream, and adding rosemary oil to it. I also been using Vital Protein it has great for my hair and skin and nails 💅. now QUESTION it's a product that I saw on pinterst call Pattern that has got great reviews, I'm going to order this on Amazon for$ 25.00 dollars 💵. but right now I'm using this.

    I really enjoy the support the natural hair sistas are giving one another..I'm preparing to go natural..I have a gel, mold down right now as I am wearing a quick weave. My question is without doing the big chop, will the twist out method work for transitioning hair. I probably have less than a quarter inch new growth. The rest is permed.

    It came out gorgeous I use this as well as the curling jelly. Idk if it's because my hair has changed since it's grown more but the jelly flakes on me and the cream leaves my hair feeling sticky. :( hurts my feelings because I loved them in my twa stage. I do agree my twist were stiff as well.

      My hair felt sticky as well with this product but the definition was on point.

      Carolyn Peppers you guys should try putting the shea moisture reconsctive oil spray on your hair after you finish taking the twists apart, or when the twist are dry. It has silk protien which makes the hair smooth and soft to touch. Totally masked any feeling the twistin cream left. Plus i found the cream works best when used with as i am leave in conditioner.

    Great instructional video. I have a question for you and anyone else who would care to answer. How has your experience with the Deman brush been? I am considering purchasing a D31 to detangle before I style my dry hair and I think it would be perfect with my TWA. I am a little concerned abut it pulling on my hair and damaging the ends. Thoughts? Thanks!

    Omgoodness. I have a question for you! I'm not sure if we are hair twins according to the hair typing thing, but my hair is just like yours. When my hair is wet it has no curl or not many at least, and the curls only appear when it's heavy with product/gel. Do you know why that happens? Or it's just a quality of the hair that makes it unique? I was very curious because I asked a question similar on hair sites and they told me my hair is just 4c (not that there's anything wrong with that) but I'm pretty sure my hair is 4a with 3c. Sorry it's so long. I've just been wondering and dying to know for so long lol.

      Does your hair feel dry? Excessive frizz is sometimes a byproduct of dehydration of the hair. And some hair types are just naturally frizzy. Im 3b,3c,4a and when my hair starts drying without product, you can see some of my curls, but its has alot of frizz which i feel adds to fullness. But everyone has their preferences.

    • @Mira_Rae
      @Mira_Rae 9 років тому

      yes my hair is super dry wash days. even when I deep condition and rinse its bone dry. I don't think any conditioner will ever work with my hair. I can keep is moisturized after wash days though. but then it becomes that moist greasy feel. I cant win. its either dry hair or moisturized and oily

    I have watched these videos several times. My twist out look the way yours does when I take I take it down in the am. The problem occurs when I try to separate or lift with the pick. The tips remain curls only. The rest look like waves. What am I doing wrong? Can you help MissKenK?

    See my issue is that I tend to either be too sticky afterwards. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I'm using too much; I noticed that you didn't use that much I am really trying to get my twist outs.
