Another video without showing how to connect a usb wifi adaptor! Kinda pointless without an adaptor that can monitor and inject! :(

Sure! if you want to connect USB Wi-Fi Adaptor, You first need to Attach the Wi-Fi Adaptor to your host. Then you Go To >> VM >> Here you will find the Wireless Adaptor. You can click on it and select >> Connect (Disconnect from Host). The Wi-fi Adaptor will be added to the Virtual Machine. That you can use to connect your Virtual Machine to any other Network.
