I feel like that sort of plating is always pretentious, but it's cool that any diner can control the sauce amount they eat.
It looks fantastic but if you EVER charged me more than $20 for that, I'd be pissed.

Im suprised you cook in aluminum foil, i try to avoid aluminum all together
Why? I don't see anything wrong with aluminum
@@ChefMajk well in foil for covering or storing i personally dont mind but cooking in aluminum can leach larger than normal amounts of aluminum into your foods. Aluminum is known to cause heath problems at older ages in life, when excess in the blood stream. I believe its closely linked to alzhimers as well. Also thanks for the videos i enjoy them
why don't you set the whole recipe so we know how much to cook or bake. or how much should be put for some of the recipes?
