    Looks great! I really struggle to get my chicken perfect when pan frying without first cooking en sous vide. Perhaps a short instructional video with more detail showing just the chicken technique / tips and tricks? Really enjoying your content! Thanks :)

      I made already a video on profiteroles, that is very similar just without caramel. So not sure if I gonna do that. Maybe in the future

    I feel like that sort of plating is always pretentious, but it's cool that any diner can control the sauce amount they eat.
    It looks fantastic but if you EVER charged me more than $20 for that, I'd be pissed.

      @@ChefMajk well in foil for covering or storing i personally dont mind but cooking in aluminum can leach larger than normal amounts of aluminum into your foods. Aluminum is known to cause heath problems at older ages in life, when excess in the blood stream. I believe its closely linked to alzhimers as well. Also thanks for the videos i enjoy them
