At age 20, Federer was ranked #6 in the world. He won his first Grand Slam tournament, Wimbledon, at age 21. Alcaraz was the youngest #1 player ever at age 19. He won his first Grand Slam (US Open) at age 19, and he just turned 20 when he won his second (Wimbledon). Including the two GS wins, Carlos has won 13 singles titles, including 5 ATP Master 1000 titles. He may not be the GOAT yet, but he has the ability to be one. Time will tell.
Oh come on, probably my favourite tennis player is Federer because of his ultra elegant style, ok. I'm spanish so I partly root for Nadal and obviously now for Alcaraz... You must recognize that Alcaraz is not only a beast of a player but he also has some style and precision that can only be compared to Fed. I like Djoko as a person (he defended the right of not injecting random biochemicals into our bodies), he is a real fighter and a super technical champion but honestly, I don't enjoy his style, neither I do enjoy a lot Sinner's (well, a bit more, but he seems too tactical sometimes). Alcaraz can become as good as Fed and as nowadays is almost as enjoyable to watch him play.
