Didi, how we can use the Pearson and Basolo table which shows Ligand field splitting energy, which metal ion is stable which is labile and there are 2 columns one high other low both of which further breaks into 5 coordinated and 7 coordinated (out of these two 5 or 7 which have to be chosen when comparing the stability of the metal complex? Thank you.

Beta Mn ek d block element hai.. Effective nuclear charge to increase ho rha hai but d electrons ki poor shielding Ke kaaran Mn aur ligands ke beech force of attraction increase ho rha Hai.. Jisse ligands aur Mn ke beech ka distance decrease ho rha hai aur overall complex ki radii decrease kar rhi hai
Beta delta H negative aur same hai, temperature bhi sabhi reactions ke liye same hai, entropy is increasing for each reaction, put some numerical values for these and calculate it from the formula Delta G = delta H - Delta S YOU will get the negative value for delta G.. Maine samjhaaya bhi hai, bus delta H ki positive value likh di galti se.. But phir bhi ans negative hi aa rha hai
