Had no energy today so did some of your vids. This one was really nice! I appreciated the blanket modification for the top-of-foot stretch. I'm always doing that one as part of your "Yoga Snack for Calves and Hamstrings" but it never quite worked for me...But now that I know the blanket trick, I think I'll try that from now on. :) Thanks for all you do, Aprille!

Thanks, Aprille! I appreciate the supported to-of-the-foot stretch! I like the unsupported version, but I find it challenging to totally let go of my lower body because of the effort required to support my weight. The prop is a great idea.
