    I'm going through some shoulder pain and Achilles tendonopathy. I have to scale my training back quite a bit. I'm inspired by your incredible recovery from your neck injury, Dr Baker! I am hoping to gradually heal and get back after it!!

      The Knees Over Toes guy helped me a lot with joint issues from old injuries. Might check his rehab/prehab programs out.

      @dentside78 Dang good advice!! I have seen some shorts of them and was just thinking that I need to get on their system! Thanks!! My shoulder pain has stymied me though! It feels like a muscle cramp and the cramping pain moves to different areas of my shoulder and arm.

    I m 51 my vertical is 30 inches , it’s definitely something I want keep working on , it’s an excellent indicator of youth and athleticism. Being on a low carb diet helps a lot because when you’re older you definitely can’t jump well with higher body fat.

    Something I read of interest: Pemmican is a survival food and one of the earliest known example of food preservation. Humans had been dehydrating foods for centuries when this method of pounding the dried meat to a powder, mixing in dried berries and animal tallow came into use about 6,000 years ago.
    Native Americans shared this recipe for preserving Bison, Elk, Venison, and Beef with trappers and explorers. This greatly aided the expeditions to remote areas in Alaska and Antarctica, because the addition of tallow to the dried meat greatly increased the number of calories the explorers could carry.
    The dried berries that were mixed in happened to be rich in Vitamin C - thus preventing scurvy, a massive problem that plagued European explorers for centuries

    Any meat sources you would recommend? I’ve worn out my grocery store 😂 I’m 1 month in and the absolute best part is the Hunger goes away, I’m not even remotely hungry until the dang 12-14 hr mark. I make my own butter and I only season with Celtic salt, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Amazing regained strength . I’m 61.

    I'm disciplined in doing as much as necessary that I still enjoy doing it. I rest my central nervous system often, everyday is not good advice in my opinion. Enjoying is the most important because even Dr Baker whom I admire will reach the apex of that hill. I'm 58 this year, and even though I'm 100% carnivor for over two years, the recovery process has definitely slowed, and I refuse to take TRT.

      TRT= Testosterone Replacement Therapy. I had to look it up. I was going to get some shots until I saw the "membership fee" and the price of each shot. Holy Moses from the desert, I am not a multi millionaire.

    'Gravity' is the WRONG word...it doesn't exist! Think density transfer (buoyancy)

    • @3jay22

      the phenomenon of gravity exists, the issue is definition equivocation and equalization.

      Buoyancy conains gravity in its formula. Flat Earth does not exist. The Earth is a globe.

    • @whaleoilbeefhooked3892
      @whaleoilbeefhooked3892 13 днів тому

      @@truthcooperator4683 Scientifically, gravity is not exclusively a vertical force, but instead a radially multi directional mass dependent force. In terms of the weights being lifted by Dr. Baker as shown in his video, they are purely vertical wrt the plane of the floor. Therefore you are correct, the buoyancy formula is indeed mass density attributable to the vertical force component (gravity). And yes, the television does constantly tell us that our earth is a spinning marble in a vacuum chasing an elusive sun at ludicrous speed into infinity.
