I mean that's a reasonable move when your neck starts to hurt from headbanging due to age. Next move is on to Blues/Jazz and then classical by senior citizen. Then back to Dir En Grey forever from the nursing home phase onward.

I'm fairly certain he's actually saying "sick men" just with a rather thick Japanese accent. I've seem it posted as both in lyrics videos, but I've never seen the "official" lyrics from the song, so I may be mistaken. Personally, I'd go with "sick men" seems to make more sense for the overall theme of the song.

Visuao kei is verry much like punk or goth, which again Japan taking influence from kabuki theater and both europe and Japan giving eachother influence in order to further the agenda with liberating the country with the problems of their time. AGAIN Visual kei is Japan's version of punk. Usually, being a tad more hard than punk, but it is still punk..
That time when this one record store in Finland got Dir en Grey's Withering to Death into their shelves and the fans went so nuts that just because of that one store the album went up to be the 2nd or 3rd(I can't remember) most sold album in the whole country and they played this video on Finnish TV.
