His name is chand bhai.
2. V1 Alternate Fuel Systems Pvt. Ltd in hinjewadi.
Here I got my cng fixed in 2014. I got emer system but now lavoto sequential is more popular and this guy has same agency. Search this name on google you will get the details.
A day time is required to fix the cng so take a day off with prior visit to the shop to know and negotiate on pricing before actually going for visit. To know the price just call few shops and discuss the price. Check google ratings of fitters and then decide where you want to go.

I own honda city 2010 with cng but my machenic says installing buffers will affect smoothness of suspension.

No you won't feel any thing. Buffers and mountings both are installed in my car..
Just remember dont change suspention with after market suspentions to increase the height if done that can effect handling of car..

However in 2015 i think the ac system are touch based that can be little tricky while driving to operate..

I have Honda city 2013 . I am planning to install CNG in it. But I am afraid of ground clearance issue as now only sometimes it touch down in speed breaker.
My question is , how effective is suspension buffers that you have installed ( rogerrag)and is it sufficient? Usually we travel 4-5 people always. do we need to install cushion buffers also( Gutka). Pls let me know.
One more question is about advancer. Do u feel in low rpm any issues. Do I really need an advancer if I go for standard kit like BRC which has software timing advancer option in them.
In india speed breaker are not made with any kind of pre defined measurement. Thats why we find some are good to drive and some are very bad.
However i have both the things installed (buffers and the gutka). Buffers installed recently gutka was installed after few months of cng installation. Now with 4-5 people and these things installed ( cng+gutka+buffers ) you will get 80% speed breakers without any issues but 20% which are not made correctly will always give you tough time with any sedans. I have seen bmw and audi also going zig zagg on these.
2. Go for advancer because i drive my car mostly alone so cng in low rpm will not be issue for me but if you are going to drive with fully packed i will suggest go with advancer its a one time cost but if it works you wont feel any difference in pickup & ur driving pleasure will be same.
3. After cng installation.
A) clean air filter after 5000 and change after 10k at service.
B) throttle body needs to be cleaned after every 20k drive.
C) tyre rotation after 5k and alignment balancing after 10k.
D) serive the car as per car manual only i.e 10 k only change oil and filters. And 20k service with oil and filter change.

If the spare parts are original then you shd not be facing any issue. Always use OEM spare parts for same output from car. If you are using local garage then they will require time to obtain the oem parts, believe me its worth waiting for oem instead of using other company parts.

Mostly all the Italian sequential kit are good but its about service which is generally not required in cng kits lekin jarurat padi toa miley gey levoto ka as its available everywhere.
Mera suggestion lavoto ka rahey ga.. aap ko abhi thoda jada khaarch karna ho ga but its a better kit aur future mey service ki koi problem nahi ho gi as iskey installers bhi jada hai mkt mey.
And sequential kit he lagwaye.

The answer is no. As this is the best shape to hold a high pressure gas. Thats the reason the LPG cylinder also have same shape which we use in our home as well other cylinders also like oxygen etc used in hospitals have same shape.

CNG is Compressed Natural Gas, which is mainly methane compressed at a pressure of 200 to 248 bars. LPG is Liquefied Petroleum Gas, a mixture of propane and butane liquefied at 15 °C and a pressure of 1.7 - 7.5 bar.
Above is copy pasted from google search. So basic difference is pressure bar. So for lpg which is in liquid form smaller chambers can be made for cars uses but the same is not done for cooking gas container as cylinder shape containers are more stronger. In cng its not possible to give it in that small shape as it will be very unstable with that kind of pressure.

When i got this cng installed in 2014 advancer was not in picture. The guy said go for sequential kit that will be good for your car. Till date i have no idea that what advancer will do if i get it installed. If advancer can give some more boost in intial pickup lag of cng i will be happy to install it.
@@RaviGupta-ig7eq thanks for reply.. yes, advancer gives boost at lower rpm where lag is noticible right now, as per youtubers. thats why i wanted to know some genuine review in that.. i saw on UA-cam video of person from delhi who is using cng in honda city dolphin model since 2009 with advancer, he did 3 lakh + km on that car and is still in prestine condition, he does regular maintenance.. so, looks like regular maintenance is the key for long life whether we use advancer or not. i will go for advancer.. looks like u stay at nanded city, i stay at warje..

No sir in 2014 the cng was not so common and the knowledge is very limited with to me also. Emir kit has not given me any issue as such but now the distribution is so less in case of any issue i have to invest a lot of time in locating the fitter who can work on it.
If today i hav to choose will go for Lovato only..

For advanser yes it shd be done.
For cng go for sequential kit and brand you can choose Lovato sequential. As this is most common brand used by Maximum fitter you will not face any service issue related to it.

Let the fuel tank filled more than 50% all the time.

No koi kaam nahi magey gi if you keep it serviced as per service book.
Highway it will give you 18 to 21 as per your driving habbit. City 12 to 13 in petrol.
You can buy it but be sure that car is well maintained and serviced properly..

Do ask how they are going to make hole for cylinder. Drill machine is advised, if hammer and pointed metal bar is used to make hole that will weak your bed floor and sooner it will break due to the cylinder load.
Now a days some SUVs pre fitted by CNG..please suggest,which one is good that company fitted or outside fitted CNG kits?
Company fitted are always better as they have been tested and installed. Suspension is also tuned as per requirement. The only downfall is they charge a little high as on testing and research they spend high. If going for New vehicle research well and try to drive the same cng car which is running on cng while test drive.
Currently I see lot of Tata cng car videos which are good in performance and safety rating is also good.

Suspention ho ya kuch aur go for original parts phir aap usko chahey bahar sey install kara loa to save money. Same identical as company sey aaya tha for best output.
For tyre i never change the size as it can decrease the avg of car and after lot of research company choose a particular size for installation.
By increasing 1 inch you wont find any difference in looks but if avg drops to even 2km per liter you have to bear it till next tyre change..
Cng is good if u travel in long run, alto non company fitted getting average of 32 to 33 . Service cost is minimal if u maintain the car .

Use same 15 inches tyre which came with company. I hav never changed the size as that will lower the safety & milage of the car.
I have always used mrf tyres they last 33k to 35k km. Grip is good, car is stable with laser noise and costs roughly 3700 per tyre.

Honda city 2009 automatic cng daily ac chalu rehta hai anytime mujhe 8kg mai 100kms chalti hai fir tank khali ho jaata hai...acha mileage hai ya bura pls batao cng pe in city ride only.
100÷8=12.5
1kg mey 12.5km chalti hai.
Mujhey nahi pata ki automatic mey aap pertrol k sath kya avg nikaltey ho.
For me personally ye utna accha avg nahi hai. As mujhey 17.5 to 18 ka avg milta hai city mey per kg cng par.
Aap ki automatic car utna avg nahi degi as its automatic.

What is the servicing cost and the part that is costly and tend to get damaged frequently?
Service cost is same as petrol cars at same interval as per car manual. Parts are not too costly and if you are putting oem parts that are more durable so you wont have any such issues. No such specific part which gets damaged frequently..

Pickup drops marginally you feel it in low RPM when you start your drive. My car bhp is 116 with cng may be it gives me 109 bhp only.
Vibration no. But in cng i am getting a little low bhp so i need to drive it in correct gear.
Difference.
My driving style changed as i get to know my average in next 180- 200 km i try to get more mileage with correct driving style. In petrol you get to know only when you fill the tank.
I drive my car without worrying about the cost of driving.
Ya in cng i will not be getting same bhp but as i told you my driving style is now more mileage over more speed or power. I can bet that i can get best milage in petrol car also with this kind of driving.
My car breaks down or accidents have decreased as i drive safe due to this milage habbit.
In total i am really happy with the out come and when ever i am going to change the car i will opt for cng again.
Go for it you wont regret it. I have seen people purchase car and keep it in parking and drive the 2 wheeler. Why to do that when in the expense of 2 wheeler you can drive your car now on cng.

Bhai gaddi mai CNG lagao toh kabhi kabhi petrol par bhi chala leni chahiye usse body mai fluide ki rotation banni rahti hai. Mahine mai ek baar kar deni chahiye
I like your concern sir but who told you that petrol is a lubricant.. its a fuel which burns in engine.
The thing you are saying is not totally correct and the car engine do start on petrol every time and then cng system kicks in after some time so what ever petrol it needs it gets in starting of engine.
