Chainsaw Carving a T-Rex

- I asked my followers on TikTok/Instagram to give me some animals they think I should carve. I picked 14 from the generous ideas and spun the wheel. To my surprise the wheel choose T-Rex! What an easy one to start off with. lol not! I knew I wanted it to be one piece, so I had to think quick and be efficient. This was such a fun and challenging piece! Thank you everyone who participated in this fun experience. I'm excited to see what animal we spin next! Comment below what you think should be added to the wheel!

Same here honestly! My first Dino was suppose to be an eagle but then it turned into long neck Dino LOL :D It's bond to happen. Keep Crushing it!

If someone is just trying out chainsaw carving is it possible to do carvings with a standard bar rather than the narrow tip carving bars? If possible can you do a carving demonstrating your process on carving with one?
you can basically use any chainsaw bar to carve, but they make actually chainsaw carving bars so you can chainsaw carve. On my MS 241 It has a 16 in Rolly which is the original bar that came with it, I used that to block it out. 😁 Cannon bars have a ton of different chainsaw carving bars to check out! 😁

Yeah I probably should of gotten stitches but hate going to the doctors. LOL It's healing up really nicely. At this point I just have it wrapped up so I don't bang on it accident. lol

I can't take credit for the idea, my husband thought it would be a nice touch and I agreed so I carved it out! I love it! :)
