I had a similar problem with Shopmium on the Scott toilet paper. It said there was no offer for it and I know there was. But when I got home and looked for the offer it was gone. I have got to where I usually take a picture so I will have proof but I shouldn’t have to do that. It is frustrating.

Hi, how do you scan an item on the Alexa app to see if the product is the correct one for the deal? I usually take an old receipt, take a picture after hitting 'get paid' and then scan the barcode.
Is there a quicker way to do it, like in Shopmium?

I can never get my Alexa to pick the Softsoap up. Always says it can’t find a deal when I scan them. Even though I have it clipped…shows up right under where I’m scanning the barcode. Lol

The employee at Walmart seen me scanning on my phone and asked me if I was using coupons. She told me I had to check out at customer service to show them my phone to get approval on my coupons. I've never heard of this before. Do I really need to do this?

FYI......I was watching Joy of Couponing and she realized that the Dove body wash wouldn't scan because there is a QRC code right above the bar code. When she covered the QRC code with your thumb, the bar code will scan.
