I have watched you and Zoe right from the beginning and it is sooo weird that you to have both come from separate flats as just friends, to moving in, to getting a dog and now this!! Love the new house and I am sooo happy for you both!! 💖 can't wait to see what the future holds for both of you!

The aim of the milk bit with the coffee machine is to tilt the jug so that the milk is forming a mini whirlpirl, and the deeper it is in the jug the less frothy it will be. Took me ages to get the hang of it at work :') Hope that helps Zoe and Alfie!!

Alfie you should use the back of a spoon when pouring the milk so it's in layers, make sure the mug is tilted too! This looks best with tall glass latte cups!

when your poring the milk into the latte, if you pour it from a greater height, the milk comes out under the foam and when are done with the milk and want to foam, bring the jug down lower to the cup and the foam will flow out and with control you an move the jug to get art
Im sure you have had heaps of people tell you. But the noise the milk (under the wand) was making will burn your milk and make terrible froth. When the milk starts heating up you need to let the wand 'breathe' and let the steam move around freely. So gently take the wand SLIGHTLY out of the milk (even like half of the wand, which is why you'll see barrister having the jug on an angle out of the milk)a few times... when you then let the wand sit back in the milk you will HEAR the difference and taste the difference when your milk is ready. I really hope this helps someone! :) x

if you want to make fancy art with the milk, you have to pour in the milk straight away cause if you take to long the milk and froth separates, where as if you do it quick enough, its kinda light runny froth where you can create all the little pictures :)
if you wanna know how to get the milk perfect for a latte, this is how most cafes and coffee shops do it: when the steam iron is in the jug, lift the jug up and down slowly without letting the steam iron come out of the milk. this will froth it then when it seems frothy enough, leave it on the platform and that will heat it up. then when you pour it in the mug, block the froth with a spoon so only milk comes out. then when the mug is about half/three quarters full of milk, start spooning the froth in as well as the milk. and that's it :) perfect latte
Alfie, a quick car tips. If you don't know where the fuel cap is, check besides this ⛽️ symbol it will be a triangle pointing ⬅️➡️ to let you know which side the fuel goes in.
