The cool part is reloading and remanufacturing of the microfusion cell is common place with the gun runners and other tech savvy folks. In other words there was no reason to have fusion cores in the first place. Would’ve been better if they could get damaged in battle and needed replacement often or upgraded protection around the cell

Titus looked like a teenager, the first time I saw him I thought he would be badass and stylish specifically a muscular, boring and quiet elderly man, anyway the bear would lose that lita but titus was a coward 2 pistol shots killed the bear, titus was doing well until the bear intimidated him with its roar, turning his back and running was the biggest stupidity committed in the series
I like that they used the fallout 4 version of the power armor but now I really, REALLY want to see what the NCR heavy troopers and Centurion armor would look like. Cause both of them involve wearing power armor without the frame or machinery.
Reminder that fusion core last years. The ones in fallout 4 are just for gameplay to not make them too op for the player alone... and perhaps the companions? Just look at Paladin Danse, the guy basically lives in that armor.
Can't say I appreciate how they portrayed power armor in the tv show. They're walking tanks with the fire power to match. I'm not saying you're invincible but even the most experienced and skilled enemies/players have to utilize some heavy firepower to take down one in the armor.
Fucking so? Its rad as hell. It let's you experience the power of power armor but only gives you enough juice to fight the raiders and deathclaw and get the minute men back to sanctuary since fusion cores are rare early game unless you know the specific locations of them. It let's you know what to expect once you get thriving instead of surviving.

Plus cores are rng based like most ammo with the option of finding up to 4 in a loot table/container but it is coded to be a more rare find. Like I said If you know where to find them you will have plenty but if you dont it can be easy to run out especially early game (level 20 is more getting into mid game imo as level 50 is late game)
If max works on his melee skills with some more power armor training, I can see him being a serious problem. He may have had a rough go at it outside of Filly, but that boy knows how to brawl, and shooting his enemies in that armor has produced less results than when he got in unarmed fighting. I can definitely see him getting the pain train perk later, annihilating a bunch of raiders by bulldozing them in a charge.
I have multiple armors for different occasions one for the main game one for nuka world and one for far harbor different paint jobs too and I'm saving the X-02 for destroying the brotherhood how appropriate being in enclave armor
I pretty much only wear power armor / use lazer mini gun and i’ve never ran out of cores 🤷♂️ Granted I have a water farm that gets me like 4k caps every 2 days
For about 3 minutes before the power core runs out :D
