I loved that William Russell was back in WHO... though frustrated it couldn't have been a bigger part. And I'm just talking - a conversation, not a line. But hearing about his health, obviously now I am just so happy we got what we did, before it is too late.
Yeah it's sad that he's going through that. I only found out today. It must be frustrating for him and devastating for his family. I wish him all and his family the best.
I love how critical Janet Fielding is of other actors in the Behind the Sofa segments on the Collection sets even tho she was never that great during her time in the Classic series and she was so bad in The Power of the Doctor she looked almost like a total amateur and would look bad even in the Sharknado movies. Really can’t stand how smug and condescending she is towards other actors but clearly she has no idea how poor she is.
@@finncullen haha no the exact opposite. She irritates the hell out of me with how how much she puts everything down and laughs at other peoples performances when she’s probably one of the worst and worst acted Classic companions.

Apparently Chibs had asked Freema Agyeman to come back as Martha for the support group scene, but sadly she wasn't available.
That final anecdote about William Russell is exactly why I am glad that we got him now to come back and not wait another couple of years.
