Assalamu alaikkum, Currently Im pursuing CMA (india)and moving to Final Level...But i worry about may i deal with Interest when i Joined in a company, my aim is to become a Finance Manager/CFO In sha allah But I Losing my confidence when i search about their roles, because they also deal with Loans/Interest, ie. By way of Raising fund/Depositing in Bank..its also their primary function.. At the time of my education i thought that we can skip the area of Interests/Riba while working, but Im not sure that it may done practically or not, because of the companies requirement. Please guide..Do i quit? I did'nt even pursue a Bachelors degree till now..and only focused to CMA...😪😶 Please guide...
Wa alaykum as Salam you need to speak to an Islamic scholar around these matters. The concern I have for you is you may record the interest on these loans and funds may be raised from haram sources which you have to do the accounting for. You should check this point specifically with a person of knowledge
Brother I am a 12th grade student and within few month I will to choose a subject in university. I am thinking of ACCA and economics and it's actually hard for me to choose one of them as I don't have experience in any field. As yourself a qualified chartered accountant and have worked with different businesses, what advice would you give me-should I go for economics or chartered accountant? I know you will have biases towards ACCA/ACA but still,do you think Economics will be a better option for any student like me who is also concerned about halal income? Which option apparently gives me more halal and stable future and high earning potential?
Tnx😊
This depends on what you want to do - do you want to go into accounting or economics - remember you can study the ACA - ACCA qualification with any degree so if you want to do economics try it then that’s fine - if you don’t like it you can still go on and become a chartered accountant after studying economics at university
This is what I did, I aborted the 2 exams that I was supposed to sit this December, wasn't ready at all, gnna try again for next sitting in March
Thanks for sharing - hope you smash it in March!
Brother, there is a serious question that I wanna ask. I am in my last year of uni doing accounting and finance, however, I cannot decide if I should do ACA or ACCA after my bachelor. After finishing my bachelor, I will receive 6 exemptions for ACA and 9 for ACCA. I know that in the UK ICAEW(ACA) is more common and that's what I want to do, because I think is gonna be a little bit easier then ACCA. So what do you think, I should do? Do ACA OR ACCA??
Both are respected qualifications when employers recruit they will tend to say ACA / ACCA or equivalent instead of specifying one they prefer. You’re right ACA is more popular in the U.K. especially amongst the bigger firms but equally ACCA is more internationally recognised. Ps when I’ve spoken to people they’ve said ACA appears to be more harder than ACCA so wouldn’t say it’s easier.
@@FehzanMehdi So brother, ACA is still internationally recognised or not? And also, which one should I go for, ACA OR ACCA? I don't plan on moving away from the UK.
Yes ofc ACA is still internationally recognised - if you don’t plan on moving from the U.K. you can opt for the ACA - it is more popular amongst larger firms and many senior finance leaders in the ftse 100 are ACA qualified
@@FehzanMehdi Thank you so much for the help. Lastly, I ve got a concern, Do auditors deal with interest(RIBA) or not? And what are the areas of accounting that don't deal with interest ? Jazakallah khair
It’s tough for me to say I’d recommend watching my video Do accountants deal with interest? Then taking those points I raise to a person of knowledge.
Brother I am studying currently in 12th I am planning to study in uk .actually I like icaew .so what can I do
I planned. 1st pursue b.com with acca and then do icaew
Or can I diretly some degree with icaew after 12
Could u pls reply me
You don't need to do the ACCA if you want to come to the UK and pursue the ICAEW - the main thing you should be looking into is if you want to work in the UK will you have the right to work - then you can secure a training contract and study for the ICAEW via an employer.
@@FehzanMehdithanks
Aoa dear faizan
Thanks dear ...Mashallah your videos r very helpful
I m 12th standards student from Pakistan ...Now I want to do ACA from UK ...kindly guide me regarding best colleges for coaching of ACA and other domestic issues
Thanks I will be grateful
Wa alaykum as Salam if you want to do ACA in the U.K. there are many learning providers online like bpp and Kaplan however I’d first make sure you’ll be able to secure employment in the U.K. don’t just study for the sake of it without employment
Brother I am doing ICEAW. on bachelor level at uni what is the best route to take is ACA same ACCA?? I an in second year.
ACA is not the same as ACCA but they are both well respected finance qualifications
After CPA(UK) i will get 12 exemptions in icaew ... can i come to UK for remaining 2 papers ???
secondly which university in UK provide tution for icaew ??
If you're entitled to exemptions then you could apply for these then once confirmed sit your final 2 papers. Whether you do it in the UK or not depends on your visa circumstances. I've not come across many universities who provide education, BPP is a private university which offer tuition. Kaplan is another popular tutor.
A.O.A, Sir I'm from Pakistan and following you since last year
right now I'm struggling with icmap certification. my educational background is not that much good
Now I'm struggling alot with my studies please sir gudie me. I'm feeling so depressed. I'm facing issue regarding understanding the concepts written in book like facing comprehension issue please sir give me some advice
Wa alaykum as salam - have you seen my playlist on revision tips? That may help your situation.
Assalamualaikum brother.. I decided acca as my carreer to study.. I am from India.. after completing by acca would i able get halal jobs in uk.. does most of the firms in uk involve in riba based transactions?
Wa alaykum as Salam in the U.K. riba is very common - for example my company will engage in riba but my role doesn’t involve working with riba - a lot of companies in the U.K. will engage in riba via bonds, loans, traditional finance - I always advise people to speak to a person of knowledge about their own particular circumstances
@@FehzanMehdi so as an acca what halal job roles could we work?
It’s not appropriate for me to say what’s halal or not. I have no knowledge what if I give you the wrong advice? This is why I say to people to speak to a person of knowledge
@@FehzanMehdi oh ok brother.. thanks for your reply though 👍🏻
No worries my bro I just didn’t want to give you an incorrect answer
Asalam o alaikum brother.
Hope u r doing well.
I was asking if a person move to UK as part qualified(ACCA) or finalist can he get field related job and if they can how much they earn annually?
2. Which one is better after ACCA?MBA or ACA?
Wa alaykum as Salam as part qualified you can expect to earn around £33-35k - this will change depending on which part of the country you work in and in which sector. After ACCA - MBA is better no need to do ACA as they are similar qualifications.
Thank you from your response.
33-35k without experience?
or someone should start as trainee earning less and then after gaining experience it will be 33-35?
If you have no experience then your salary will be much lower the 33-35 I mentioned is with experience
And after completing of full 3 years experience the salary will reaxh to 33-35 range? Or just a year or 18months experience will be enough?
After the 3 years experience you should be a fully qualified member therefore should be on a Newly Qualified salary around £50k.
Can you please make a video about the entry route of icaew
There are a few videos which cover this - you can check out how to become an accountant with no gcses
Sir, which books, can I use for ACA
Grab the ICAEW Question bank, you could also get the study text or course notes from a provider like BPP or KAPLAN
@@FehzanMehdi Thank you so much sir, and sir I am also applying for graduate program with pwc and KPMG but I m failing In assessment so could you please tell me any source and resources from where I can practice the assessment.
How are you doing brother? Sound like you're not feeling too good?
Thanks for asking I’m good I had a bit of a flu when doing this video hence why I didn’t post for a week but Alhumdulillah all better now
Did you Aca from your own home country?
I did the aca in the UK - born and raised here
CA (ICAP) is more difficult than CA(ICAEW)
You may be right!
These exams require time
Yes they do - definitely had better results when I spent more time on revision
shhhhhhhh
