Hello, Just saw your video. There is a mall in Tucson Arizona called La Encantada. It is an outdoor concept, very upscale, and fitting for the Arizona weather. Thanks for the video. Nice Shopping mall.
Correct, UA-cam places ads on a video whenever there is background music in a video that isn't your own. Whoever wrote the songs makes money from this video, but I don't. The same goes for all of my other videos with ads on them. @ JoshCraver9000 It is a 2001 Mazda Tribute (which is actually made by Ford- so it's a Ford Escape) @ TheRyan4444: Sure! As long as it's permissible by the mall's rules go for it!
If you think the no photography rule is "incredibly obscure", you haven't travelled the same malls I have. Wow, I've gotten hit for photography at malls around the US (I like mall architecture, so when I see cool stuff I like to take photos).
I don't actually live in Short Pump, I'm about 30 minutes away. I wouldn't want to live there either- it's overcrowded and people tend to drive recklessly. It does have a lot of neat stores however...
Very nice outdoor mall...it has stores I love! One thing, I wonder why it's "outdoors" because you can't really enjoy it during the colder months. My husband almost took a job in Richmond, but we decided not to go.
There is a nice mall like that in Rogers arkansas called the Pinnicle Hills Promenade its like that one but one level. There is a shopping center in the little rock called the Chanal Promenade. Little Rock is getting a huge outlet mall. There is a enclosed mall that has a glass roof park plaza. The promenade in little rock has a apple store my favorite store.
Simon Properties has a bad reputation in little rock arkansas. The city sued them for neglect of Little Rocks University Mall that was later demolished in its place is a condinium neighborhood with shopping, its really nice. There is also a gynormus target that is a grocery store target.
No way, I have to drive like twice as far to get to Regency or VCC (3x as far to Chesterfield.) Short Pump is the closest mall to where I live. Used to go to regency and vcc all the time before I went off to college...
When I moved here (1998), Richmond was not that great of a city. A lot of the housing downtown was abandoned, and crime rates were high. However, that has slowly been turning around in the past ten years or so- there has been a lot of new development downtown, we have a new airport and baseball team, and areas that were previously questionable now feel safer.
I loved shopping here!!! Thanks for sharing, and oh, in Tampa/St.Pete there are several shopping areas like this!! I miss Richmond sooo much!
+sunflower30stm Hey I'm in Tampa all the time- got relatives that live in Clearwater! It's a nice area, and you guys have a good hockey team too. :)

My local Shopping Center is Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois is an outdoor Mall like this one. This place reminds me a lot of it.
Looks a lot classier than most Malls in the UK.
Also Snow Patrol :)

Cool mall! I myself have never been to an outdoor mall. But, I have been to some of the Mall of America because I go to college in Minnesota.
Love the fountain 4:12
Unfortunately Nordstrom will not be reopening the short pump store.
Things seemed to be on a little bit of a decline once they got rid of the food court, aside from that they just have a lot of odds and ends stores

VCC is about gone from what I understand? I moved back to Carolinas back in 2010. I lived in Short Pump in 2009
@@WhittyPics place is getting demolished as of now, half of the place is gone and only Burlington is the last anchor standing

And now it is degenerating again due to crime
it's a great mall, I just don't like a single store there but journeys.
The mall is nice, but I think that its too mainstream for my tastes.
Good.
