Can a multi Qr code be a static code and still link to an app? The usage statistics of a multi use / dynamic code are great but If I run a third party qr code generator its cheaper to uses static codes. Trying to link a individual pages inside my app.

My goal is to not use a api key for making a payment i have a page which will display the qrcode for the payment and on scanning that qrcode i wish to redirect the page which would display the qrcode that has been sent to it and i wish that the scanned device continue with the payment can you help me acheive it i have be trying it since 2 days but couldn't find the solution please help
