Thank you Baris for your inspiring comments, still doing little bits and pieces, next big job will be replacing the existing factory windscreen if I decide to keep it bit longer 👍
Fab inspiring short film. It's flix like this that makes boat lovers take on a project and pull through to the glorious end. The catching of the fish and the running footage in the last sequences are as beautifully shot as they're victoriously epic. Well done, thanks for sharing, and happy boating!
Very nice job. Change the looks completely. Looks 100 time better. Good to see some one have nice taste and recourse to do job like this. Good luck. Enjoy...
Thanks mate glad you like it. Still adding to it, got some nice custom stainless outrigger bases currently being fabricated, I'll put them up on a short vid once I get them fitted. Cheers.
Yeah thanks heaps mate, appreciate the positive comment. It took a little longer than intended due to work commitments and I didn't have a garage big enough to do anything to it after work over the winter months, but I finally got there in the end. Finding the time to enjoy it is my next biggest obstacle. Cheers 🤙
Thanks mate, yeah the though of selling has crossed my mind a few times as of late, she still going pretty well, I can't really fault the old verado's, I just swapped out the ECM'S for 200hp so going that little bit better now. I'll keep you posted if if I'm seriously thinking of moving it on.. Cheers 👍
Cheers mate, thanks. ATM performance figures are when it's empty I fill it up, but yeah I'll try and get something up later on. It has a little bit over 450lt tank, and I'm only running couple of old gen 2 verado 150's with 4 blade revolution props so the fuel economy on a heavy glass boat like a Whitepointer and full of fuel is not ideal. The 4 bladers are so I can get on the plane a lot quicker. The 4 bladers also keeps the arse end up out of the water a lot more when trolling than the 3 bladers. They don't call those verado's Thirsty Merc's for nothing 🤣😂🤣😆
@@slow_diver Around 41 knt's with the 3 blade 17p that's lifted up on the hydraulic jack plates and about 39knt,s with the 17p 4 blade revolution props, both WOT speeds running light on fuel.. can't really lift the jack plates when running the 4 blades coz will exceed the rev limiter. The 4 bladers will suck the Thirsty Merc's to around 110ltrs per hr according to the smart craft readings, not sure how accurate that is.. Cheers.
@@slow_diver Not wrong there, a pair of 200's would be nice, a pod extension would be nice too. Anyway I'll put up any mods worth noting.. Thanks for the feedback 👍
This has to be one of the nicest white pointers I’ve seen mate good on ya
