Definitely you can make a dessert with the white yogurt mousse only. I saved the scooped out white yogurt mousse as my after-dinner dessert and it tasted delicious by itself!

I didn't follow her exact measurements because: (1) I made a larger cake; (2) I prefer less sugar; (3) The setting strengths of different brands of gelatin leaves vary. She might be using a premium (very strong) brand. I know my brand of gelatin is not very strong so I always increase the quantity to ensure setting. The sponge sheet diameter of my cake is 17 cm and the finished cake is 19.5 cm. I increased the ingredient measurements of two mousses by 50%, except sugar and gelatin. Here are my measurements: Cream cheese mousse (pink layer): Cream cheese 255 g, strawberry puree 120 g, plain yogurt 75 g, vanilla extract 5 g, red food coloring, gelatin leaves 12 g, whipping cream 150 g (whipped up 50%) Yogurt mousse (white layer): Plain yogurt 180 g, sugar 48 g, vanilla 5 g, gelatin leaves 7 g, whipping cream 180 g (whipped up 50%) Change my measurements proportionately if you make a smaller/larger cake. When your cake is completed and if you find the texture of the two mousses is a bit hard, you may slightly reduce the gelatin (say 1 g) next time. To do a mousse for the first time, a bit hard is much better than it can't set. Wish you success!!
