Cuz no one answered you, the gun spinning is called “Gun Tricks” it’s on the red dead mods website. As for the NPCs he finds he places them down himself and then just walks over and speaks to them causing them to aggro or whatever scenario he wants 😊
Its crazy the effort you put in the scenarios, with the objects and everything. Maybe most people dont realize that but its really well made
