I live in Florida I have 20 coconuts right now in my patio because of the trees in my back yard and I spend easily 19 bucks on a tiny jar of extra virgin EVERY MONTH and 😲 YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I could have done it myself THIS WHOLE TIIIMME 😳 and even better get it in the purest form 😵 lol THANKYOU FLO ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yes! Yes!! Yes!! That's what I'm telling you Roxy 💃💃💃. Wow, you have your own coconut TREES?! I am so jealous right now. So what have you been doing with the coconuts?
When you make this oil, please do not throw away the chaff, you can use those to make coconut flour: ua-cam.com/video/4zZCysUimgE/v-deo.html

I remember growing up on my Island. We at least scrape 100 to 200 coconut. After we add water and squeeze and then strain.
we either boil it straight away or cover it with a big dish n leave it over for couple of days. When there is a good sunlight we remove the cover place if under the sun.
By doing so, the water will sink under n the oil will float ontop. After that we use the spoon to scoop the oil out n heat it untill the oil is clear. We use it for our cooking or refill it in bottles or container and sell at the market.

the u did something wrong. i used only 1 coconut (that had gone bad too). i put the coconut milk in a bottle (used about 1 cup of water to blend with coconut meat, then strained the milk with a sieve), and covered the top with a plastic bag loosely so that it breathed. after 2 days, the coconut oil was all on top, it had a really oily texture that i had previously failed to make watching other videos.

In Ghana and Nigeria because of the humidity after making this virgin coconut oil the best way to preserve it is by putting it in the fridge else the oil will ferment because it has not been processed through heat
