Sometimes I have no idea what a man is thinking if he likes me , I wish I did ! maybe they talk to me or stand closer then usual I don’t know 🤷♀️ (so out of practice it’s been years for me) I always think am I enough? Am I too complicated? Lots of things go through my mind to actually have a man like me in the first place.
Paul and Morgan Do you think the desire to be a provider is limited to men of faith these days? So much of what I see is men that don’t step up. Thoughts?
I love the points and the honesty. Lots of these I think girls deal with too! Only thing I’d say in the end when u suggested the woman should let the guy she’s interested in know they’re enough & fun too if she’s laughing with other guys, good advice if you’re aware the guy has that insecurity and just to be sensitive to it. But ultimately I think the responsibility should be on the guy to find security in himself, & vis verca if roles were reversed.

I'd love to see a video on what it means to truly have your identity in Christ. I think it's a Christian cliche thing to say but not a lot of people know what it actually means and what that looks like.

Like when your identity is in something, you are identified with the person... you have the same qualities the person has.....and in the case of one's identity being found in Christ, it is like you are who Christ says you are.... you are what He says you can do........and so on I hope this helped
#2 and #3 are definitely accurate. And if I'm honest, in me those questions tend to blend together a lot. "Am I good enough for her," and "are we spiritually compatible" starts changing into: Am I good enough to lead us as I should? Are my mindsets and habits and spiritual growth even good enough to consider pursuing this girl? Am I focusing too much on her and not trusting/seeking God as I should be? Things start to get a bit messy with just a little doubt or insecurity.
Harold Mcboingboing - I know I need to do that, but tend to question whether I am doing that well enough; or if I am ready to do that well enough, as is the case now. My inclination is to say that if I have to question whether I am ready to spiritually lead, I probably am not. But that is also exactly how some of the people God used most felt about themselves. So you end up coming to a “maybe I’m where I need to be, but I don’t feel like it” sort of place. I’m probably questioning too much and not trusting enough.
@@zogly9469 you seem the philosophical type in which case you may have a very high iq. Not everyone"leads" the same way so use you're rationality to deduce how you in you're own niche can lead. Many women i assume would want an intricate mind to make good decisions

Me and the girl are in the just friends phase. It's tough and challenging for me to be in this spot with her, but it just makes those little moments of chemistry and getting to know her slowly makes it all precious and memorable! Last week she laughed at a side remark joke that I made and no one else did while we were chatting in a group. I'll never forget that moment.

Girls we can pick up on a guy when we are aware that he's interested. We just have that feeling or we might know what to look for. We either draw near, dodge, or smile 😁, laugh at your jokes etc. For me, being friends first with a guy I know God has for me is an awesome way to start off. I won't entertain other guys because I'm only interested in him. Especially when God has shown that he is the person He has for me.

As Christians, Christ esteem should be most present, and important to overcome the other then equally yoked compatibility’s . The most powerful and decisive quality/attribute I saw in my Bride to be was her love of the Lord God, a truly defining level of Christ that made her supposable shortcomings less then relevant. I'm going to be honest society has conditioned me and a lot of girls not to think guys really had emotions or that they were confident and could care less about what we thought of them. I agree, as women we tend to overlook a man's possible insecurities because we're so wrapped in our own, some of which may be the same as the guy's. Plus society tries to depict guys as macho/ultra masculine and not allowed to be insecure cuz then he's either wimpy or gay. Yet we wonder why a lot of guys have trouble managing or expressing feelings when in too many cases they're taught to suppress them all the time

I remember speaking about being equally yoked spiritually with the person i want to be with in the future and some friends will say that if i set standards then I'll most likely let all good guys pass me by, i guess where they see a loyal and providing man as good, i see a man after God's heart as good. Being spiritually compatible is an important thing to consider. I used to really like this Christian guy while I was in college, but now, I feel like he's become more of a social justice activist than a Christian. I'm glad I never sought him out because it wouldn't have work out anyways. My current fiance and I are very compatible. We agree to do good in our community because we are Christians before anything else.

Great video! I feel like us females are put in the weird position of being pursued and not knowing how to show interest without being accused of pursuing the guy. Like you mentioned not wanting to text too much, or be too clingy. I feel like sometimes girls are put in this position of “should I text him? Or should I just allow them to pursue me and do all the first moves???” It’s rough finding that balance, especially with what you guys were saying about guys generally appreciating hints from girls that are interested. AAAHH its all so complicated, that’s why I asked God to just send me a guy who makes it clear 😂

If a guy likes me it is a huge turn on when he texts me every day, wants to have actual conversations with me and would message me each time I signed in, either way back in the day on AIM or on Facebook, because I was way to shy to message first but when a boy/man is confident and shows his interest instead of playing games and trying to restrain himself, it is so attractive when a guy is very upfront, honest and real and doesn't withhold his feelings. It shows to girls/women that the guy is confident in himself and his feelings for you, it shows you are interested and aren't playing games or holding back for the sake of holding back, it makes the girl feel great because she knows you are thinking about her, caring about her, and are excited to text and msg her, especially if you talk mostly through messaging apps like Facebook or AIM type apps where you have to sign in for the person to be able to message you, it shows he saw her sign in and got excited to talk to her and messaged her. I cannot even express how happy it made me and how much it made me smile and giggly and how hard I fell for those guys which I've had 4 relationships and they all heavily pursued me which is one of my and most girl's biggest turn on's. Getting and having a guy's full attention makes us feel special and cared about. If I feel I have to msg a guy first it really turns me off and is a realization for me that they do not like me very much and that I need to move on.
I would love if a guy I liked texted me a ton!!!!!!! It shows he really likes you. As long as he isn't trying to get you to do things you don't want to do

I can definitely attest to the spiritual compatibility and comfort/confidence level with laughing in a guys presence. It seems like if the girl feels insecure in a relationship she may not laugh as freely and inadvertently make the guy think she is less interested.

Hey Paul & Morgan, I'm kinda in a emotional confusion but on top of that I'm a saved Christian, I wanted you guys to make a video on 'What If your ex wants you back' how to approach it in a Christian way, cus most of us kinda get confused on this situation.
I can see how guys dont want to come off as too needy, but when my husband and I met 11 years ago as teens he did the opposite. I ended up being the one thinking that meant he wasnt interested and I sought out affirmation in other guys who I knew and were showing me they were interested. That was 100% my decision and a mistake that I made. But I do recommend just making it clear that you're interested in that person.

Really helpful insights... Think it will enable the ladies to be able to affirm the guy and help him in very many ways; know how to communicate better also I think a lady has to be wise as to letting the guy know how involved the conversations should be as the relationship develops... Ie if there's a possibility that something may not be quite as on song as the guy and girl hope a lady should be able to be responsible enough to tell the guy, that they care about, please be a little cautious in this time and guard your heart.
Funny thing about the last one. About having sense of humor etc .... there was a guy at work I had a little crush on him..... until I talked to him. He was the most boring guy and all he would talk about was work. I guess maybe he wasn’t into me ? He use to stare all the time and he would make sure to say hi to me loudly to make sure I heard etc ... but I just couldn’t get him to open up or really laugh. So my feelings for him went from 100 to 0! So yes a sense of humor is a wonderful thing to have

Watch the guy in the way he is acting. If he chose to leave and things were left unsaid, find a way to clear the air. That can be difficult but also gives affirmation. If things are clear in the way he left, than you have to decide what is necessary. Through all of this be vigilant with keeping God present in the situation. Guarding your heart is important, but also fighting for a healthy relationship is just as important

Number 3 .....yes is good, however the flip side of that and it comes from a old saying “ so heavenly minded that you’re no earthly good!” .....what do I mean you ask. YES Jesus is the number one priority, then it’s family, then it’s church..... should never be EVERY single thing that’s comes out of your mouth is scripture, church etc etc...... we are still on this earth..... speak to me like a normal human being! 😊
None of those were really surprising to me, but I will say though, I often thought in the past that when a guy was struggling with those thoughts that the reason he wasn't pursuing was actually because of something I was doing, i.e. rejection, and not because of his own internal struggles. So if this is happening, it wouldn't hurt to at least ask her out.

It’s not easy to live life, it’s even harder if you’re trying to do Christianity. As a Christian girl, I want to say we know you’re not perfect, and a trying man is everything. Keep trusting in God fellas! If he created you, he created everything you need to fulfill your role as husband, father and priest.
About #3. I'm raised christian. And because of that I know the bible decently well. I don't really care how long she is christian. Of course, if it is just a week then it is worth looking at, but when it is more than a year then I don't really care. Bible knowledge can be build up. Having the right heart is a different story.
Here's a thought... make a commitment to God to just be friends with attractive people. It teaches you to be yourself, and you can be choosy. Just because someone looks good, doesn't mean they'll be good for you. The friendship can be a long process, but dating shouldn't take that long because you already built that trust and authenticity, ON TOP of learning to have boundaries. How is that any different of choosing to be yourself in the safety of God's arms, in intimate friendships and working well with coworkers? It isn't. People over complicate and over think the dating process. Even when you struggle, it's a struggle you're ALLOWED to have and doesn't make you love God any less. Be what you want to attract! =-)

I remember speaking about being equally yoked spiritually with the person i want to be with in the future and some friends will say that if i set standards then I'll most likely let all good guys pass me by, i guess where they see a loyal and providing man as good, i see a man after God's heart as good. I believe when you follow God everything else falls into place, i want a guy that i can trust the way i hope he'll trust me
Being spiritually compatible is an important thing to consider. I used to really like this Christian guy while I was in college, but now, I feel like he's become more of a social justice activist than a Christian. I'm glad I never sought him out because it wouldn't have work out anyways. My current fiance and I are very compatible. We agree to do good in our community because we are Christians before anything else.

Great video! I feel like us females are put in the weird position of being pursued and not knowing how to show interest without being accused of pursuing the guy. Like you mentioned not wanting to text too much, or be too clingy. I feel like sometimes girls are put in this position of “should I text him? Or should I just allow them to pursue me and do all the first moves???” It’s rough finding that balance, especially with what you guys were saying about guys generally appreciating hints from girls that are interested. AAAHH its all so complicated, that’s why I asked God to just send me a guy who makes it clear 😂

If a guy likes me it is a huge turn on when he texts me every day, wants to have actual conversations with me and would message me each time I signed in, either way back in the day on AIM or on Facebook, because I was way to shy to message first but when a boy/man is confident and shows his interest instead of playing games and trying to restrain himself, it is so attractive when a guy is very upfront, honest and real and doesn't withhold his feelings. It shows to girls/women that the guy is confident in himself and his feelings for you, it shows you are interested and aren't playing games or holding back for the sake of holding back, it makes the girl feel great because she knows you are thinking about her, caring about her, and are excited to text and msg her, especially if you talk mostly through messaging apps like Facebook or AIM type apps where you have to sign in for the person to be able to message you, it shows he saw her sign in and got excited to talk to her and messaged her. I cannot even express how happy it made me and how much it made me smile and giggly and how hard I fell for those guys which I've had 4 relationships and they all heavily pursued me which is one of my and most girl's biggest turn on's. Getting and having a guy's full attention makes us feel special and cared about. If I feel I have to msg a guy first it really turns me off and is a realization for me that they do not like me very much and that I need to move on.

I can definitely attest to the spiritual compatibility and comfort/confidence level with laughing in a guys presence. It seems like if the girl feels insecure in a relationship she may not laugh as freely and inadvertently make the guy think she is less interested.

I can see how guys dont want to come off as too needy, but when my husband and I met 11 years ago as teens he did the opposite. I ended up being the one thinking that meant he wasnt interested and I sought out affirmation in other guys who I knew and were showing me they were interested. That was 100% my decision and a mistake that I made. But I do recommend just making it clear that you're interested in that person.

Funny thing about the last one. About having sense of humor etc .... there was a guy at work I had a little crush on him..... until I talked to him. He was the most boring guy and all he would talk about was work. I guess maybe he wasn’t into me ? I really like this video. Sometimes I can’t figure out what’s going on in a guy’s mind so this is a big help. Here’s a question, and guy kind of touched on this, but why do guys disappear? And how long is it ok to hope they reappear before moving on. Praying about it of course, but also just confused on the deafening silence..

Watch the guy in the way he is acting. If he chose to leave and things were left unsaid, find a way to clear the air. That can be difficult but also gives affirmation. If things are clear in the way he left, than you have to decide what is necessary. Through all of this be vigilant with keeping God present in the situation. Guarding your heart is important, but also fighting for a healthy relationship is just as important

Number 3 .....yes is good, however the flip side of that and it comes from a old saying “ so heavenly minded that you’re no earthly good!” .....what do I mean you ask. None of those were really surprising to me, but I will say though, I often thought in the past that when a guy was struggling with those thoughts that the reason he wasn't pursuing was actually because of something I was doing, i.e. rejection, and not because of his own internal struggles. So if this is happening, it wouldn't hurt to at least ask her out.

Shazam....so I legit didn't realize how insecure guys can be haha I have a brother and I'm thankful he's been able to clue me in to the whole thing where like guys size each other up when they meet each other for the first time etc etc but even when you guys were saying how if a girl is laughing at another guy's jokes more than at her guy's jokes, her man may begin to doubt his ability to keep her attention and then sort of lose motivation...I hadn't even thought of stuff like that haha Seriously, soooo insightful!!!! That being said, I did sort of have a guy tell me he was too much of a mess for me hahaha and basically that I was more mature and spiritually-minded so that I was aware of when you both mentioned it :P Also, I will just say from the girl's perspective that when we like a guy, like really like you, we're gonna be laughing at pretty much every joke you make 😂 But I'm veryyyy glad to know that guys need encouragement and affirmations etc 'cause I think that's a need the Most High has specifically designed us ladies to meet....we just seem to want to encourage and nurture and I think sometimes we can wonder if we're being over-the-top in that way. It’s not easy to live life, it’s even harder if you’re trying to do Christianity. As a Christian girl, I want to say we know you’re not perfect, and a trying man is everything. Keep trusting in God fellas! If he created you, he created everything you need to fulfill your role as husband, father and priest.

About #3. I'm raised christian. And because of that I know the bible decently well. I don't really care how long she is christian. Of course, if it is just a week then it is worth looking at, but when it is more than a year then I don't really care. Bible knowledge can be build up. Having the right heart is a different story.

Here's a thought... make a commitment to God to just be friends with attractive people. It teaches you to be yourself, and you can be choosy. Just because someone looks good, doesn't mean they'll be good for you. The friendship can be a long process, but dating shouldn't take that long because you already built that trust and authenticity, ON TOP of learning to have boundaries. How is that any different of choosing to be yourself in the safety of God's arms, in intimate friendships and working well with coworkers? It isn't. People over complicate and over think the dating process. Even when you struggle, it's a struggle you're ALLOWED to have and doesn't make you love God any less. Be what you want to attract! =-)
