This is my Avistar “30cc” with

The reason I went with a 55cc engine, is that this was originally built as a float plane. I did not want it to be underpowered as he floats are pretty heavy.the floats also say that it makes the plane more tail heavy, so it should help with the weight of the 55cc.
Once I maiden it, and get in a few flights on the wheels, I will put it on the floats.

Yea, plenty of power. Tuned up the engine today, have to make some adjustments to the elevator and rudder, and she’s ready to maiden
