I'm making a little "Kitten in Camo" magnet for my husband's work locker. He mentioned he'd like the kitten to have a US flag, and WOW, yours is great! Thanks so much for sharing...I subscribed. Got any more tutorials coming??
Thank you Carrie! It has taken me a while to come back around but I’m planning on jumping back in, I’m not sure they’ll all be like this one, but I have more in the works.
Hello Mrs. Beth, i was wondering where is a good place to buy polymer clay, we have a hobby lobby. However, they are not very well equipped when it comes to unique colors. been want to make a lion fish and a coral fish polymer pen blanks so i can turn an make writing pens out of. Any suggestions Mrs. Beth ? Thank you. Dale.
Dale Mallicote Hello! There are many clay suppliers to stock up with online, Munro Crafts is a popular one because they offer a great discount with a minimum purchase, sculpey products is another popular one. I get a lot of my clay from artclayworld.com, they only carry polyform brands. As far a custom colors, most of what you find in hobby lobby could be used to mix your own, they do carry a pretty complete line of colors. Many of the clay brands come in artist colors that are meant to be mixed and blended to your preference.
It isn’t necessary at all, but I like the way it looks with the colors less saturated. It’s just personal preference. This tutorial will still work with straight out of the package colors!
Thank you for this tutorial! 🇺🇸
Wow! Great job. Now I'm going to try it! Wish me luck!
Good luck, but hopefully you don’t need it :)

Why do you mix the colors with translucent clay?
