The editing allows me to add value to the clips while showing my creativity, how they are either fail, epic or funny moments. This gives the watchers a deeper understanding of what is going on in the clips. By editing the clips myself and giving them "my own touch" I am able to present a more fast paced and enjoyable experience for the viewers.
While editing I add music to the clips in the video. On top of that I edit and cut the videos to fit my style of content, on top of that I am a big fan of adding memes and other relevant gimmicks to provide a better overall experience for the viewers.
I provide the link to every submitters channel in the description while showing their name on screen throughout the video.

I dont know if shes good or not but jumping into tier 1 with so many tier 1 and tier 2 free agents is crazy and i respect it.
respectfully. there are only 5 tier 1 NA teams so there are limited options open. there are so many tier 1 ready and proven pros that arent even signed yet. unfortunately she isnt option 1,2,3,4,5,etc. if orgs arent even looking at tier 2 players then them even glancing at gc player are even more unlikely. there is much more to it than just being a woman
this issue is unrelated to that, it’s teams agreeing she could be good enough to trial, then asking the players if they’d be okay with it, and them saying no, *on the basis* of her gender. If it was an issue of skill, then no hard feelings, it’s only specifically if it’s true that teams felt she was a strong enough player to trial, and then didn’t due to her being a woman

Hes a reporter so he knows how hes phrasing things will be interpreted which is why im saying that gender is just one of the many considerations that effect her either being trialed or not trialed by a t1 team
The fact is she has played in open tournaments against male teams and lost everytime in brackets so why would Tier 1 orgs sign her when someone like boostio , FNS , com , exalt ...are avaliable. Sure inter team dynamics would have been hard to manage with a female involved but that is not the main reason for not getting her.

Male talent pool is many order of magnitudes bigger there are way more male players in general that are proven at the top level and teams probably don't want to risk any toxic team dynamics with 4 guys and 1 girl
V1 went 32-0 in GC and didnt even make it to playoffs in Nerd Street Lockdown against T2 teams with 0-2 QoR and 0-2 Lobster Fishers getting eliminated instantly I'm not surprised T1 teams are turning down these players.

However, their reasoning specifically is cause players said they did not want to play with women, meaning if there's a women with T1 potential, she could be turned down too and THAT'S what's fucked up about it
That is not the point, they straight up told her that they didnt even let her do tryouts because a player "wasnt comforable playing with women" if they let her do tryouts, or just refuse with that justification it wouldve been fine

Mel will need to clear this up but she was referring to Tier 1 before franchising. She's also made these comments public earlier in the year. About teams being interested in her as IGL. Tier 1 right now is the best of the best. I don't think she deluded enough to think she can compete with current tier 1. Her GC team can't get past pug teams. Let along tier 3 teams in open tournaments, like Knights Monthly Guantlet.

I find it hard to imagine how a guy could say that they don't want her because she's a woman.
Like, we gather together, the manager/coach/whatever comes and goes like "Hey, this girl is good, we should bring her in the team" and then a player would say "I'm not comfortable playing with girls".
Even if someone is sexist I highly doubt that they would invoke that as a reason instead of just saying "I don't think she's good/this player is better"

This issue will always be in esports. Even if women speak up about their experiences, they’ll be put under so much scrutiny (as if they aren’t already scrutinised).
Mel herself has confirmed that even though it isn’t “every time” MOST times she’s been denied because some male T1 players have stated that they don’t won’t to play with a woman on their team. She’s never wanted bring it up because it would affect her future opportunities.
Reactions from the community haven’t been the best and it proves her point.

Like Tarik I agreed with this "news" being unbelievable, and that is due to the fact that no Tier 1 team will be dumb enough to use "you can't play with us because you a woman" and denied her a spot because the negative backlash and the amount of damage it can do to their reputation is unrepairable. So, there is something else that is stopping her from joining a Tier 1 team and being a woman isn't one of them.

EG won champions with Potter as their head coach so I don’t think the gender is the problem, maybe her skills are not at the level yet, but who knows, maybe someday she will be able to join, but it’s all about practice, talent goes beyond the gender

@@prs6448 is not a choice of players but the organization, there are steps, the organization needs to approve her to be able to play with the other players, she has her experience as a pro player and is not hard for them to look in her past games and realize that maybe she is not ready to play at their level, also, there are other free players that have experience in tier 1, after all, it is their job, they will choose the one with better experience

Its harder to believe it was of her gender if MULTIPLE/SEVERAL teams said no. If it was just one org then we got something fishy that stinks. Otherwise im not believing that multiple tier 1 orgs are sexist when Riot picked these orgs to be partnered and we know Riot would never allow a sexist organization to be partnered. They screened these tier 1 organizations for months before picking them to be partnered.

Chess has almost no physical component to it and women still cannot compete with men at the Super-GM level. Doesn’t mean they can’t be GM but Tier 1 in Valorant is the top 1% of the 1% of the 1%. There is almost never ever ever a women who is able to compete at that level against men in ANYTHING, whether it be a physical sport or an entirely mental game like chess.

Why women trialing in men's competitive environment?
AND PEOPLE SAY “there’s nothing stopping women” when there is still the impression that women can’t play at the highest level but like there has never been a chance to break through that. Stop telling women what they can or cannot achieve.
The problem is there isnt any women players that are even as strong as any of the FA. Not even 1 GC team had made it top 30 in the U.S. as the best GC team in the world
Back when i played every GC team had cool ideas and executes but players just couldnt even compete against a rookie stack of immo 3-rads as salaried players. Although i only played against the top 5 GC teams so who knows maybe there is a demon1 out there- just need to actually prove themselves

You're telling me that among the top 150 players globally there is not a single woman in a game that has like 30-40% female playerbase. It's not like women have worse reaction times or whatever would make them inherently worse at Valorant. There are 100% game changers players that would make great additions to franchising teams, it's just gamer being scared of women. Just another JasonR moment for the valo community.

Realistically girls in eSports have a tough time. Even though their peers are a bunch of virgin losers (usually) that would normally get flustered talking to a woman.... they're in a boy's club. Most likely she won't be welcomed easily. Too much toxicity in gaming. Too many eSports team that excuse such behavior because someone is skilled. Realistically those big companies probably have had their own sexual harassment related issues. A lot of industries are still boy's clubs.
Gender obviously doesn't matter. This isn't a physical sport. There's 100% gotta be girls who could compete. Heck maybe even the best player in the world is a female and we just don't know it. Gender gives you no advantage in this, so it's a toss up. All about the individual.
The world has to stop framing everything as sexist. You wont have the chance if you aren’t good enough and vice versa regardless of what you have between your legs. It’s still a sport at the end of the day which men are proven to be better at it from maintaining composure, skill, reaction time, stressful situations, etc. not saying all men are better but at that pro level the amount of men that are qualified are much larger than the amount of qualified female players. People need to stop playing victim and sexist card. If we use the sexist logic, say i were to ask to play with a women team as a bronze player and they refuse me, can i say that’s sexist of them not wanting to play with male player? Sounds dumb right because i dont even have the desirable skill, which also the case for the mentioned situation. Not disregarding their effort and skills which are no doubt very high compare to regular players, but in a much more competitive environment like the vct or champions where people like demon1, aspas or yay casually tapping heads with their insane reactions, there is just simply a way too large skill gap, thats why female players aren’t getting the spot. If they are truly think they can compete, record games where they drop 30 kills consistently especially games where they go against male pros and send it to the team. Prove to them you can tap heads just like the male players and they will give you a slot.
Nah, I think she's just making that excuse to not look bad when someone denies her to join. There's so many good IGL's in tier 1 scene, not a single one she could replace.

I don't think it's about the gender here any cracked player will get picked up whether they are female or male and considering how many Spots are for t1 and rosters change every year you need a good performance to stay on the team or teamless so you need a good team with good chemistry why try out a t3 player when u got babyj out there and whether u like it or not the game is very much male dominant

meL is a okay player but she isn't even dominating in her league they just played vs EG and lost the series 3-1 and she was had the second worst KD in the server [ 48/66/29 ] with a -18 +/- like lets be real if yay couldn't get a spot in a t1 team in NA why should meL they aint even on the same planet in terms of talent.
