How sad, yet Americans have to dig deeper in their pockets for education, medicare, food etc when those wasted "aid" money can make a huge difference if used for the betterment of the American Citizens who are the tax payers.

People in Western world pay taxes and get excellent services. And corruption is punished and not tolerated. Kenyans pay taxes for a few to live lavishly at the expense of the majority. With almost nothing of great value to show in terms of public services. And there goes the difference between paying taxes in developed countries and Kenya.
