1.5 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp kulambhu milagai thool
Pepper 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Fennel 1 tsp
Whole garam masala ( cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, star anise)
Curry leaves
Oil 5 tsp
Salt to taste
