This City doesn't want affordable homes!

Can you believe that a city would elect to keep homes unaffordable for future generations?
That’s exactly what White Rock has chosen to do by not allowing developers to build and sell each individual unit in their release of the Small Scale Multi Unit Housing legislation. They have only allowed those developments to be bought and sold as one title and to be only used as rentals.
My thoughts is they are just trying to stop the changes as much as possible in their city but I believe it comes at a cost.
